TOTALLY disagree elvin! you know that havez loses in final battle and thats easy to figure out why. as for the mana in dungeon you must be kidding! you go play rat race and tell me. or better show me coz i dont believe you . as for necro, dont talk about what happens usually, you are a kwlofardos (very lucky) and you get motn fast. do it without it and tell me

TOTALLY disagree Havez may start with an early-useful skill but his special and creeping advantage more than makes up for it in lategame. If you play Jhora vs Havez it's the latter that will be better off if by a little.

I've played RR with dungeon a few times and did not have mana problems. Kwlofardia also translates into lvling 1-2 skills early until you get motn Don't give in to the temptation! Seriously, I tend to restrict my choices on necro more than other factions because I want to be absolutely sure I'll get motn asap.

the tip for ot getting extra skills in the beginning is useful and everyone knows it but it doesnt work always! you know it. so just say that WITH cotn it's easy. without you are s c r e w e d

You have to be kidding me, in my first attempt with dungeon there (vayshan) i broke in week 3 (or was it 2?) with about 45 spellpower and tons of mana. And i didn't know the map. Dungeon isn't played in get-mana-and-wipe-everything-with-spells way.

Strange, I tend to find Inferno easier to play than academy .

For me it has to be Orcs, am not really master at warcries, the lack of anti magic disturbs me and their slowness tends to be a pain.

samiekl your reply was like a noob's one and you are not. the day of breaking the garisson you can refill your mana. the map is imbalanced for low-mana factions so i am not talking about your whole mana points but how much mana you have all the time. also if you played only once then it is a matter of luck

dark shadow when you say slowness abot orcs what exactly do you mean? because they are great in advancing in map and levels and they also have great initiative numbers

I guess I feel they are slow cause I mostly play the speed crazy inferno.I know they are fast compared to some, but it just might be cause of my inexperience with playing them.

what's so much faster with inferno? of course their initiative is a lot higher but their level will be lower always. thats why artifact exist

Your reply was like a noob's Vangelis Seriously when two other players tell you they have had no problems and especially one without even knowing the map then you are missing something. We both have some dungeon experience so you can't just dismiss our claims. Never had problems with necro, haven or dungeon, the only factions with low mana. And I'm also counting weeks 1-2, only had low mana during the first few days.

Haha, a matter of luck... ok. The second time i got Sinitar and there wasn't any diferrence in breaking time. You're talking about how much mana i have all the time? OK, what do i care since the army does most of the job? Yes, i refilled my mana before breaking, but i had to come there with no mana-refills on the way.

looks like inferno to me...

i was just playing this scenario where you always start as inferno. i had jezebel as my starting character. i decided to focus on succubi mistresses, mass confusion, and motd to creep. it was quite successful, but the computer eventually broke through to my side... and his army was REALLY REALLY big, i managed to defeat that haven do-gooder(how i don't know), but then was attacked again by academy and lost. i figured i just didn't creep fast enough. i replayed the game a few more times:

nymus - not even close
grok - pretty bad
grawl - bad, but mainly because i didn't get to choose attack

finally, guess who i won with? deleb! tent, ballista and motd.
in truth deleb's ballista wasn't really that strong in the beginning.
it was the fact that she had war machines that was a game changer for creeping: the tent really helped

however i figure the best way to creep with inferno is probably:

-war machines with tent/ballista(any, pref deleb)
-gating + MOTD(any)
-mass confusion w/ swift mind(any, pref alastor)
-tactics with upgraded hounds(any, pref nebiros/grawl)
-succubi mistresses(any, pref jezebel)

if you have enough of these factors, gating becomes much easier with inferno.

Yip until they suicide attack 1 or 2 or your stacks (esp. Blood Fury), then you have a problem. Or may personal fav. you go and attack a castle with alota units.

Playing/Creeping with them is easy to an extent, but what happens after the dust of battle fades and you're stuck with alota casualties... That for me is where the difficulty of the dungeon comes to the fore. *Survivability*

in my opinion, dungeon is the hardest town to play. They are too expensive also.

Then comes the inferno, with the lack of shooters.

Fortress is also a hard town to play, but with the right hero, and if you're lucky the first dwelling is built so that you can upgrade to mountain guards. Tadaa! 90 mountain guards round 1. can kill everything. as you get more mountain guards, they can even kill the highest lvl units easily.^^ so fortress is one of the best but hardest factions in my opinion

I meant in a hero battle... who the hell creeps with Blood Fury vs. Shooters/Casters

If you`re stuck with a lot of casualties after a hero battle means you won the battle and the enemy is dead. Isn`t that what you`re trying to achieve, to kill the enemy?

Maybe there are more players?

But in this case, magic heroes like Dungeon still have a lot of advantage, because might heroes are based entirely on their creatures to creep, while magic heroes have the advantage of spells.

Dungeon...

I think Dungeon is the most difficult faction, because it needs more time to develop its racial skills (elemental chain) and his population growth is very low, which exposes you to an early rush.

However, I think that if Dungeon is a difficult faction, it is another level of playing. Maybe high level gamers trend to use that race.
