I thought win reports are automatically deleted after one week? Even so that happens with every unconfirmed report so don't get all defensive here. And it's irrelevant if you started in second season, you were inactive since the first so so you're asking for more than you are entitled to. If jinx or ves can give you the points you'd get with your last season's ratings then it's cool, right now it's not.
What are we even arguing about, you just want the points out of a childish whim. You don't care for them or toh for that matter. So in short go cry in your corner because you won't be satisfying your little whim.

ah, i tried to keep my self from participating here, but well.
If one hasn`t managed to kick strider out/create enough drama on previous issues, this for sure is a bad pick when it comes to elements/things to fight about. For once Strider has got a water proof case, as i take it that reporting should be done for Ceasars games (i remember i reported mine anyways).
When one have allowed the tourney to drag out in time, one cannot later use that as an argument to set aside reportingrules, or use the opportunity to pick up the neverending report system debate.
That Strider will fight for his right just for the fun of it should be no surprise to anyone, thats just the way it (he) works.
Edit: I just state the "facts" here, i don`t want to take any position as to whether right or wrong to do whatever has been done in the cesars earlier.

So basically we should put him in hall of shame just so people know what they are dealing with  Man that section has been inactive for a while. Anyways there have been enough incidents for people to notice some patterns so most just watch silently like you did.

I think if it were someone else besides Strider, everyone would ask Fire to report ... it is quite unfair in this situation to judge based on feelings towards person, instead of of facts.
And the facts are clear:
1. Fire got some points vs. Jorko and someone else , I think Fraudatio playing in Caesar
2. Fire doesn't want to lose some points vs. Strider in same conditions

I think you guys keep side stepping the important key piece of information.
Sure Fire Reported to Jorko.. and Fraud reported his games in second season.. but that was closer to the beginning of the season when everyone points were about the same. That is Fires ONLY agrument.. is Fire continued to play in seaosn 2 and Strider did not. Essentially sand bagging. Cheating and manipulating the system at FireDragons Expense.
Here is another example:
Lets assume that My Clan Challanges another clan. And the opposing clan has Members of Janmar-Elias-Karim. And my clan is very very confident that we can beat there clan, based on the current conditions and the skill level of the players. So we make a wager. We bet you guys 100 TOH points each that we can beat you. We must play till 5 vicotries. The stage is set.. we play the first 2 games all is well.. now for ehat ever reason 2 of there members have personal family issues and have to quit, and Karim replaces the 2 members with Natalka and Kispagat... and they want to finish the clan war. WAIT a min.. The Conditions have NOW changed!! They are NOT the same conditions as they were when we were set to play. Same goes for the Strider/Fire Situation.. the conditions are not the same.
Would you Tower or you Strider, expect our Clan to honor the deal and wager we made with the original clan even after 2 of the members was replaced with way better players?
Its the same principle.. Fire entered into game with strider knowing he could only lose 6 points and strider could only win 16 points. Just because conditions changed.. be it.. 2 members changing or season 2 starting.. doesnt matter... the orignal agreement SHOULD be honored. Lets use some logic and common sense here.

But there are some phrases that deserve a comment:

I don't see any cheating and manipulating of the system on Strider's side, please feel free to enlighten me how is he cheating the system. The system tries to show relative h5 skill value of the players involved in ToH, so far FireDragon is ranked much higher than Strider, but Strider(based on last result) is the better player, so if there is one player who is cheating the system that one is FireDragon, cause he is ranked higher than he should be relatively to Strider , and if the cheating will continue even worse.
Anyway, this kind of point arrangements should be made pre-game and not after. They could start using them, from game 2 or 3, if they agree.

You obviously dont know what sandbagging and manipulating means. As you pointed out the system is based on telling the skill level of the players. We all know that Strider is Emperor status skilled player. He has proven that. But When new season resets.. He sets idle and doesnt play.. While everone else particpates and raises there points and rank once again to the level that reflects there skill level.. Mean while Strider is snadbagging setting still at squire Rank while he has skills of emperor. More time passes and Strider still doesnt play..Fire raises up to Lord/Emperor status once again, which reflects his actual skill.. and Strider is still sandbagging setting at Squire Skill level when he is infact a Emperor skill level. So he is manipulating the system by not playing and then later expecting to exploit the higher ranked players and reap HUGE rewards for using his Emperor skill level but only setting at Squire skill rank. Its pathetic. If he had any honor, he would not abuse this. And the fact that Tower would make a pathetic attempt to try and twist it to make it look like Fire is the exploiter is even more sick.

Come on guys, not worth arguing about that Spirit of the holidays and all that.
Under other circumstances I'd be the first to support strider's claim but this is not your typical situation and my role as moderator is to see the motives of the people included. You cannot reward this kind of behaviour, the fairest is to give exactly his points' worth and move on.
As said in nwn2 if you follow laws too much you'll end up in hell

You are right Elvin.. everyone has said there piece. I have nothing personal against Tower.. just strongly debating my point of view. Time to let it be and move on.
Soon to be 2010.. seems maybe the New title of this thread is slowly coming true

I didn't miss anything scheduled. fire was uncertain about playing and told me "i don't know yet. come and then we will see". We didn't play then.
Next session might be on Friday afternoon/evening. The exact timing is not certain yet for understandable reasons. I will post it on Friday upon return.
Jinx, sry about that "deleted" report. Funny that you demand apologies but don't offer the same courtesy concerning slandering that is so opposite to our msn transcript. Look what you have written furthermore  "Manipulating, honor, sandbagging, etc." - what kind of cheap pulp fiction do you read to come up with these sophisticated conspiracy theories? Chill out and behave like arbiter since currently you are one sided.

I did some more investigating.. and did the calculation comparion from what the points differential would be if they reported in Season 1 vs. if they report using Season 2 points
Season #1
Strider + 16 pts
FireDrag - 6 pts
Season #2
Strider + 56 pts
FireDrag - 46 pts
So Strider and FireDragon are both the Same players Both the Same Skill level.. but just because the Season reset button was pushed should Fire really lose 40 more points and Strider gain 40 more points? That is the ethical question among us. They are playing for a tournament that is based around Season #1 rankings and points.
The rest of us just started season 2 since we were not a part of that tournament.. We didnt want to wait.
Anyways... I am not the ruler here...I am merely a fellow player with an opinion on how I see this situation. I agreed to arbitrate them 2 in there meeting and showing up to play there games.
All this debating doesnt solve anything.. Since Strider brought this to a public forum, lets focus our posts on what solutions are acceptable to both players.
