I'm understand well both sides in this "drama". Points are like "gold". ToH is all about track stats and personal result. Some ppl play "easy" just for fun and they stay in middle all season but when they won they are happy from gained points too.
Some people play in ToH serious for competition and prove his skills. They work hard for gain points and try to keep them. After 3-8h game you can gain 20-30 points max from same lvl opponent when you pass Legionnaire and its going down for Lords,Emperors. Its NOT EASY to pass high rank and need much effort. For this i cant accept for normal and moral inactive high "skill" person to get huge points gains from some one who worked for them half season. For me in this match FireDragon have ZERO chances vs Strider. 2190 points vs 1902 is HUGE difference. Only way Firedragon to win is if Strider Suicide...but we know how bad connection have Strider 
Firedragon, if Strider get points from his won based on season 2 points just forfeit Caesar. Its not worth. Give him his "deserved" won.

This is getting too old... and some arguments are just silly. Caesar is the most prestigious tournament in ToH, all games were reported accordingly in season 2, and now, all of a sudden there isn't going to be any more reporting because Strider is involved. Strider, just report the win, and ask Vesuvius to enforce it, if Fire refuses to report it, and I am sure he will, no need to debate this in forums any more.

Generally speaking, twisting rules whenever fits you is a really really low level of thought.
Take that as you want, it's just common sense. It's like Ves changing win/loss formula mid season.
There are no arguments (none that aren't biased against someone) that can make this fly by for the greater good. Salamandre put it very nicely.
Outside views are often the best.

I really dont care what happens at this point....but I know one thing for sure... I will be sandbagging for sure next season.. Since its honorable and totally acceptable in the eyes of some to exploit the system.. I for sure am not gonna bust my butt to do it the hard way..
At Season reset I will just lay low... wait on a buncha Lords to emerge and then I will start playing with my Footman rank( Lord skill) and in only hand full of games I can jump to the top.
I guess the old saying.. " Work Smarter Not Harder" fits nicely.
I feel soo dumb to have been doing it the hard way all this time.
Guess I am one of them Slow Squirrels I was talking about after all.

Its not "twisting rules". How many regular games Fire choice to play with Strider or any other opponent out range from his points? How many games total was happen in season 2 from ppl not in range? Maybe here have few but its because one side CHOICE to play game with this difference. Firedragon didn't choice to play with strider! Its his duty from season 1. He worked hard for gain his points HALF SEASON and Strider was INACTIVE half season. Talking he deserve to gain points is complete stupid.
This situation is not regular. If you get season 2 for rating in Caesar why strider and fire play in it? They are not emperors. What doing this "lobbies" in Caesar

well, well...after all I read around here and know from exp, strider is not far from fire from many points of view, ...everyone knows it, but doesnt spell it. Lets not get into strider's foot-game. After this will done, another "story" will show up, another, another...
Just give Strider the "well deserved" victory (make him caesar instead  ), give him points he wants so badly, fire will receive what hes badly after all, and you all know those words: "every godfather has a godfather" - at least here we have it

May be these "ethernal" caesars guys planned all this and easy getting caesars again and again and... 
If they didnt, they can starting now

First of all, I didn't insult your intelligence, you're doing it now.
Second of all, you're mistaking me with Strider's lawyer, I'm far from that, I'm talking about the general situation here, with player X against player Y, as should you. The problem is that you give names and rules that have applied before (even to yourself, hence the hypocritical part) cease to do so now.
Third of all, if drama queen Strider wasn't in this final, but me, fiur, fraudatio, insatiable, whoever else that's viewed by all as being a honorable player, in the same situation, you wouldn't even start to think about point difference (which is bullsnow really, if Strider is inactive, those 50 points won't make him emperor, nor I don't think he cares about it that much, otherwise he'd be playing more).
The reason that I'm posting here is I don't like seeing all of you (whom I respect) lose your common sense in the face of "disliking" some pixels that much.
Jinxer, just so you understand what I am talking about, I'll put it very plain.
Rules are rules.
You have a barber shop, or hair cutting saloon, or w/e it's called. So for 5 years now you've been charging a flat rate of 10$ for every haircut. And for every 5 cuts, you give out a free wash and/or head massage.
Now you have client A, who last year has been coming in regularly, every week like clockwork and he was getting the freebies as he was coming in a lot.
Client B was the same and stays the same throughout the new year as well.
Now in the new year, client A comes in for a total of 5 times (all year long) and you decide he's not entitled to the free wash/head massage, just because he doesn't come as often as he did before, or that client B spends more money in your place.
Breakdown: you can't change rules, contracts, without prior notice. If you cannot agree with this one line, then I might as well talk to a chicken.
Adapt, get over it, report this game as it should and create a rule for all further encounters.

valkyrica, you can be sure if this was any other from ToH my opinion will be same. This is not regular game. Its match from season 1. Now we are in middle season 2. From one side X was inactive and didn't care to play and gain points from other side Y spend half season for gain them. Why now X need to get gains from hard work Y season 2? If he won match he will get his reward=Caesar. Its for what he play. This match is part from season 1. Here don't have any chance for X to get regular game vs Y in season 2 based on high point difference. We all know this.
I think its both sides fail for not set from begin are games will be reported or not...and bring new huge drama...But this is games from season 1 and if both agree can report them in season 2 if not here cant have report.
Can we move on... and back to this in season 3

The dates on that conversation was May, 7 months ago. I am sure at that Time FireDragon was not a Lord/Emperor already.. My guess is the season was not long into starting and both of you guys was similar in rank and points.. So naturally he AT THAT time doesnt have any problem reporting.. but For next 7 months, Fire continues to play like normal while Strider doesnt.
@ Valky -- I am touched that you would use my profession to try and relate to me Thanks.. However, your analogy was not really accurate in terms comparision. Let me continue the story with the proper comparision:
Lets assume that I do have a "Rule" that if you get 5 HairCuts then the 6th one is Free, (this is done as appreciation to your loyalty to my Service and Salon)
So Marcy comes in as you say every 4 weeks like clock work.. she is the most loyal customer I have.. no matter what the year(season) she is dedicated to getting her regular hair cuts.. so ofcourse she is granted the rewards of a free haircut.
Now I have another Customer named Sally and she used to come in regular all last year.. she got mutliple free haircuts cause she was loyal and dedicated all last year.. But in this new year Sally has only gotten 2 HairCuts which she done so in February. It is now December and she calls me saying she hasnt gotten more haircuts all year cause she lost her job and couldnt afford them.. but since she USED to be a loyal customer regular all last year could she please have her Free HairCut. And I reply well those bonuses are for my customers that are active and come regular. Sorry Sally, I cannot give you something that you DID not earn. After all I am sure you would agree that it wouldnt be FAIR to Marcy who spent soo much more time and Money staying loyal and coming regular to get her hair cuts so she could EARN her Free Hair Cuts.
Sally then says to me.. well Marcy can obviously afford to get haircuts, and she she has gotten alot more free haircuts then me, so couldnt you PLEASE just give me some of the Free HairCuts that Marcy has earned. She has plenty she wont miss them?????
Now Sally at the beginning of the year when you was coming regular without fail, had you asked me to grant you a Free HairCut then.. I would have concidered giving it to you because at that point you was Worthy.
Here you go Sally here is a Quarter for the Gumball Machine out front, you atleast have earned that much for this year.
