Hi, Thanks for lending me your time. I am using clean era 3.9, but I did install HDmod+ on it (disabled the hd+ features), but game is unplayable for me graphics wise after I first started using it.
Other than that here's the mod list

Display Events
Seer Huts (I don't think it works tbh)
Overflow Fix
Map Advanced Infos
Neutrals Split
Upgrade all
Yona
Morn Battlefields
Resolve Battle
Turbo Wog
TEW III
Era Erm Framework

In that order. I also tried just running era.exe to see if that fixed the blue border guard event crash but still crashed.

The list is fine, I have almost same and I don't have crashes or bugs. Windows 10 and Era 3.8, I never tested Era 3.9. I can't help much here, sorry.

Oh, I got 3.9, maybe that's the issue. Do you know if I would be able to install 3.8 and import the save, or if I need to start over?
Also it should be okay to use the hdmod right?

yes HD mod is fine. But I am not sure an imported save from 3.9 will suddenly be safe on 3.8, when a save is corrupt, is hard to clean it unless erm editing.
Also see if you have the Era 3 updated map, check sizes with:

Okay I'll have to give it a shot, otherwise I'm just gonna try and play through it again at some point and hope it's fixed.
The one you linked is the updated version right? I'm pretty sure that's the one I downloaded from your google drive.

I don't know, my maps were coded for Era 2 and everything was working 100% Then I redid codes so they can work for Era 3, tested many times and it worked 100% as well. But each new Era 3 update changed things, so i can't keep up. Last I tested was 3.8.
