Ok, Echo, a Longsword....No magic in it, except for the fact that it was made by the greatest bladesmiths in the world, and it is almost unbreakable...and it doesn't loose it's edge...For you, only 3SP. Also, a quarrel full with arows, for only 15 CP. I hope they will serve you well..

Oops...  Sorry for that... I'll pay for the broken door.
Now, you see, I need a pretty rare thing which is called Hat of Water Protection. My old one (which you can see on my head) is already very old and doesn't work properly. So I need a new one. This artifact gives Water Magic immunity for those who wears it. Also, the Hat is enchanted, so it won't burn on my head.
If you don't have that thing, I'll pay for any information about where I could find it...
Ok, now how much you want for that door?
