I use www.hiboox.com
I like this hero too, but have we the right animations ??
Please Psatkha, could you tell me the name of the models you presented ? Once done, I can extract them myself from the data.pak/bin/Geometries folder.

People ! Here is the Basilisks dwellings !
Level 1 :

Level 2 :

The "balls" you can see at the top of the pikes are EYES. I really tried to "copy" Heroes III dwelling, but in 3 dimensions.

PS : The purists will noticed from where come the models of the little altar and the two kinds of braziers

All of these look amazing, kudos to you, but have you actually gotten them into the game?  Otherwise...

Convinces me  Have you succeeded in importing a texture map, though (even a crappy provisional one)?

Yes of course All converters I use to import the model in the game memorize the UV maps
ALL modelling stuffs but animations/skeletons are supported by the conversions

Alright, then I guess there's little I can help out with right now aside from providing you these reference images - they may be useful.

I have some of the H3 Fortress creatures too if you want them.

Hey TSOD i think it basilisk dwelling would look better if it had some door type objects down there to make it look like they have a place to go other than just the dark pit.

Also, for the gnolls, i would prefer the dwelling to be something more different from the H3 dwelling.

I see the gnolls to have this big camp with tons of tents and a few bigger buildings.

Indeed !
NB : I'll add the kind of doors in the basilisks upgrade dwelling

Now another building :
The Market Place, without resource silo :

[Smoke will flow through the pipes at the top - Dirty green fluid will flow through the pies at the rear - Where we can see the gris and where pipes are deversing their dirty stuffs, there will be a kind of pond that will have as water the dirty green fluid]

And with the Resource Silo :

[There will be a kind of "fountain" (still of this dirty green fluid) that will come from the plot in the center of the silo. Base effect : Luck Fountain, but without rainbow and with dirty green water.]

OK ?

This is all really amazing 3d work!, but how are you going to give the buildings a function?. I remembered trying to add a mage guild to the stronghold and a library to the dungeon some time ago, but I never managed it (In fact I just wanted to convert some of the existing buildings to have this function). If you know how to do it, could you please light me up?

In the beginning of the .(ArenaModObject).xdb, you have a <Name> tag. If you replace the value contained between the tags by "Library", it should do it.

@TSoD: I replaced the Name of The Arenas/Town/Stronghold/Special_1.(ArenaModObject).xdb with MagicGuild, but it don't work. It's the wrong .(ArenaModObject).xdb?

@pics: looks fine
