Now that you talking about Dragon's, that reminds me:
We already know the five factions (if there will be any change at all, it will be on the elites), and know 8 neutrals, and 4 bosses ("Dragon" Eel, Mother Namtaru, Michael, The weird worm like), so...
where are the Dragons. I mean, I'm happy they cut down the number of Dragons, but there's no hint about any dragon at all (I don't count the Eel as a real dragon... it's a eel).

Well there are still 4 bosses, So I wouldn't be too discouraged. Personally, I see the Dragon Eel as a dragon, it's just a water dragon, and I am more than happy with having non-traditional heroes dragons instead of Color sways on so many **cough green crystal, black and red dragons Cough** So if we only have 1 "traditional" dragon boss in the game I will be plenty happy. Give me the eel, give me a really long snake-ie air dragon, a classical medieval black dragon, a UNIQUE green dragon, maybe something H3 basalisky but huge and awesome and with wings? and I'll be all happy inside.

The Stronghold Wall Breaker looks more like a siege engine than building to me though.

   Indeed if they cut the information release they could start to give out more revealing (better said on the point) information, like stats for already revealed creatures and explanations for the abilities, or the neutrals to be revealed (even if one a week, by May the should finish just in time for the game's release), maybe the Town Window, but if they will keep releasing like the have don with the daily screen shoot, there really going to disappointed fans/or force them go berserk on each other on the forums .

Actually they just said it's gonna be one screenshot per week, not any additional informations. I believe they just figured out, that posting a screenshot every day, without any info of what exactly can we see on that shot (like what are those unrecognized creatures etc.), is not enough for people waiting for the game.
So I'm just hoping that now, with one shot per week, we will get at least a detailed explanation of what can we see on those screenshots.

A flicker of hope is lit, good to hear that they are going to be a bit more forthcoming with the news release and are not throwing us just a screen shot from the game (as good looking as it is, without substance is shallow)

Elvin: seems like you got some sort of "insight" into the BlackHole doings and so. If that is correct, could you ask them, gently of course, why on earth they decided to remove hero from initiative bar and went back to this flawed system from H3?

I don't have to ask them, my H5 online experience already tells me that a set hero atb was bad for the balance. If for instance you had light versus dark, playing first often meant certain loss. Likewise playing before or after a 10-11 initiative unit could make or break your game.

If there was something I might miss it would be the atb system, not the heroes being a part of it. Yet lately I find myself liking the return back to combat turns more and more. Makes it somehow closer to the 'heroes' feel and is certainly more balanced.

Perhaps, but being able to use hero (read: use a spell) in any time of the turn, makes it even more imbalanced. Like for example, I want to attack your 20 gold dragons with my 10 black dragons. Fair assumption would be, that I'm gonna lose more than gain with this attack. But hey, I can implode gold dragons first, then attack...
It's just an example, kinda don't remember whether gold dragons were immune to spells or not But the point remains.

Also, ATB makes it for heroes to be more important, not just serving as spell nodes. Kragh with stun blow, for example, could change the game drastically.

I don't see how that is unfair unless we are dealing with hit&run strategies Besides gold dragons would fry half your blackies before your hero acted, they were pretty fast. In that respect nothing would change but either way..

Kragh's abilities were cool but I fail to see how you could not do the same with the old system. Sure you could change the hero's atb order with certain abilities but the implementation pretty much sucked and did little to minimize the first turn positions.

Speaking of hit&run. Highest speed/initiative unit, for some strange reason, spell immune, and start, armaggedon, flee - how's that "balanced"?

The fact that we have not seen them yet, doesn't mean they won't be there Also, there are artifacts, hero skills perhaps etc.
Point is, seeing previous Heroes games, it is quite likely to be the case.

That, and they already said that destructive spell in H6 is nerfed so very unlikely you will do significant damage using that tactic.
