I kind of get where they're coming from not releasing too much. Once something is out there it's hard to get it changed without a lot of confusion and mess. Now combine that with a pacing schedule of information to release on the road to launch and limited PR resources.
Pretty much, just have patience. As far as I can see all the posts being made aren't being ignored, they're just being filtered through the community representitives in a controlled manner to work within the constraints in place. What that means for us is a seemingly cold and distant slow response, but ultimately a better game more respresentitive of the desire of the community.
At least that's my interpretation of what's going on. Maybe I'm just being too optimistic about this because I like most of what I've seen so far. Hell, I could even live with the  town windows. If that's what the people who design fun video games for a living decide is best for the pacing and feel of their game.
Frustrating though. I wanna get swept up in some good ol' fashioned hype but there's none to be had right now.

Yeah, thanks for calling attention on it.
Italian fans are always the last to get news in their language... but Heroes is famous in our country as well!
@Elvin: Lazy and amateur, I would say. Some translations of previous Heroes were unbelievably bad or laughable at best.
I wonder why they don't hire hardcore italian fans to translate the game for them; we'd do a better job, and for free!

Maybe, but now I noticed something similar is happening to the german page, which is strange since it used to be the fastest one in terms of updates. Maybe even the responsible for the page got boring due to the lack of news

They aren't done yet based on the last we'd heard. I'm certainly not claiming to know WHEN they'll get done or even revealed. As of right now, even us VIP's don't know what they're revealing tomorrow. We've got our hunches...but that's it.

Now this is incredible! How hard can it be to post in some forums:
'Tomorrow we are going to anounce the 4 elemental artworks (guessing probably only 1 of them) and you cant tell anybody or we will sue you!'
Excuse me now for those german/italian/spanish sites but (as far as Im concerned) THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A PAGE FOR PORTUGAL!
Portugal is always the last one of west europe.
And I bet most of you dont even know Azores.

H5 wasn't released in Portugal, so I'm not surprised.
We should make a petition for a portuguese site
But seriously there are no portuguese fan sites for HOMM, so I'm not surprised.

How hard can it be to post in a forum? Well, it depends upon how much spare time you have now doesn't it? I'm pretty sure that chatting with the "vip's" is pretty low on their list of priorities. The game comes first, and when there's time...they give us a heads up. And that happened just a few minutes ago. So yes, we do now know. And so will you guys tomorrow.
As for the other language websites...I'll inquire about it. To be honest, I'm not sure who's running each individual language site.

Nice. You got 2 of them. I know the third, but that 4th one still eludes me. Just remember...I said Might and Magic...not just HEROES.
And as to that question earlier from someone regarding the updating of the various different language versions of the main website...I just spoke to Xhane and she'll pass the info along to the appropriate people and see to getting the other language-sites updated.

The shield in the middle looks like Lord Kilburn's shield from M&M VI. As for the the thing on the left - looks familiar but it's hard to guess with such a low resolution.
