Quote: Some of those must be deliberate. I mean, in the case of H6, there's been too many leaks for them all to be accidental. Seriously, it feels like the leaks outnumber actual news 2 to 1
And because of that we get for instance all the reputation info at once, and then it will be revealed one faction at a time during a week or so. I'm guessing in one or two weeks.

Nice it took 2 weeks to come up with answers "we postponed the game to improve it overall" and "we dont know when beta starts".
About specializations I don't know but +6 sisters seems retarded because it will be probably one of the heroeses like +250g in homm3. Useful only as secondary heroeses :/ It could have scale at least like additional +1 growth for every 4 lvls or improve sister capabilities on higher hero lvls.

@Xerox
Quote: First off, I have to say that the Hero specs disappoint me. I had hoped for more strategical and creative specs, gamechanging even, and yet we go back to more old super boring "Increases the growth of Peasants" specs? Why?
Why not have a hero who can make his creatures invisible, another who increases their magical attack and one that allows his creatures to teleport around the battlefield?
Think for a moment... a hero that can turn his units invisible and enables teleportation etc.? Specials are there to give heroes an unique touch and according to the different situations pay off for picking them. They help enforce a play style. They're not there to ruin gameplay. It would be disappointing if they had anything as retardedly powerful as the things you suggest.

Yes, I personally think that Heroes spec should be really powerful (but ofc balanced) though obviously H6 is not going that way but will stick to the old boring "+5 peasants every week" or "+1 attack"-like specs. I think the game would be much funnier if there were fewer but much diverse heroes, each with their own unique playstyle.
Here are some super early racial skills which I made for the Heroes in my Sylvan faction:
Dirael
Pixie Friend: Pixies and Sprite gain additional stats and abilities for every level Dirael reaches.
Lv10: Fungal Cluster can be cast more times and is stronger.
Lv20: Gains the Faerie Shift ability, Defensive command causes the Pixies and Sprites to become incorporeal. Lv30: All Symbiosis used will also automatically affect Pixies and Sprites.
Lethos
Envenomer: Before comb at starts, Lethos can choose to infect a number of enemies with different types of poisons. Strength, duration and number of enemies that are able to be poisoned depends on the Hero's level. Basic Venom deals damage over time.
Lv10: There is a chance that the Venom triggers a Confusion effect, making the enemies sometimes forget to retailate and even attack. 2 enemies can be envenomed. Lv20: The Venom also reduces all stats. 3 enemies can envenomed. Lv30: There is a chance that the Venom triggers a Frenzy effect. 4 enemies can be envenomed.
Wyngaal
Shadow Master: When Sylvan creatures stand behind obstacles (incluing Treants), they gain stationary invisibility for atleast one turn. Breaks when acting offensively or moving and is modified by the Hero's level.
Lv10: After staying stationary for one turn, a Sylvan creature that remains in stealth can move during the next turn. Lv20: Stealthed creatures are completly immune to damage, and Area of Effect spells won't damage or unveil them. In addition to this, the next attack dealt when stealthed will deal extra damage. Lv30: Stealthed Sylvan creatures gain higher speed and iniative when stealthed and the duration of the stealth no longer has a set duration, but only breaks after the stealthed creatures does an offensive move (casts a spells, attacks etc).
Yrwanna
Blood Queen: For each stack slain, the offensive stats of all troops in the Hero's army increases. Improves with the Hero's level.
Vinrael
Wise as the Owl: Vinrael gains experience much, much faster than any other Hero. Experience gains increase for each level.

"Ideologically" I agree with Xerox, however since I know that so many different and unique specialties would be a nightmare to balance, I both respect and find Ubiholes decision wise to tone down on the specialties.
But I really will miss heroes like Eruina...

If this can be done without obvious abuse or so (like glitching to get overpowered in multiplayer), I'd fully support this.

Sheenanigan
Inferno Warlock
Description: Sheenanigan used to be part of a troupe of entertainers, most of whom he considered himself to be above.
He eventually got tired of pretending his life wasn't perfect and bitiching and ditched his companions after a series of embarrasing public performances: He didn't have time for their judgement and their stupidity.
After living a grandiose life he started exposing people to magic, which resultet in him being chased by a mob all the way to Sheogh.
A normal man would've died from exhaustion, but Sheenanigan's tiger blood saved him from dying, which was good because dying's for fools.
Sheenanigans is currently on a quest to claim absolute victory on every front.
Altough not much is known about this enigmatic rock star, one thing is for certain:
He's got magic poetry in his fingertips.
Speciality: Winning (Instantly wins the campaign. Considered overpowered by clowns and ugly people)
(I'll shut up about Sheen now)

I'm particulairly fond of Lorhish who really seems to be an Inferno hero who isn't a complete monster and has the potential to show some depth of character (though being a tavern hero, this is in the end, just potential), heck his bio alone makes him deeper then many of HoMMV's cardboard campaign characters.
He is a man of conviction and principles, which is highly unusual in an Inferno hero if we look at HoMMV's Inferno heroes which are all more or less murderous sociopaths with varying degrees of intelligence.
Aside from an intoxicated slip of tongue, he seems like a trustworthy man of integrity.
Deleb on the otherhand is simple, a nice throwback and here to remind us that Demons are still also violent and possibly a little insane.
