If you want something really different, try Johnathan Strange and Mr. Norell, currently at season 1's episode 4. It's a fantasy series set under Britain fighting the French in Napolean Era and about the rivalry between two magicians trying to bring back the old art of magic into the "enlightened world" with very different motives. I'm not so sure about calling this a fantasy, it's also like the Magic Realism of Marquez, where the historical background and the social aspects of the plot are handled quite realistically. Yet, magic is magic here, not illusion or trickery.

"hannibal" is back on. eddie izzard(a favorite comic of mine) played a large part in it(flashbacks, obviously ).
looks like they haven't lost any of the quality from the first season. i sure hope they can keep it up. i like how they're playing with the existing material, and they're doing a far better job at it than the movies did. except "silence of the lambs", maybe. it'll be hard to beat that.

I was never a TV series guy, mainly due lack of TVs at home and ... lack of interest.
I like The Walking Dead (tWD), Game of Thrones (GoT). However, tWD I didn't watch neither 4th or 5th seasons yet. I lost a bit of the interest in it. GoT makes me wonder how it'll keep being different from the book and how some events will unfold. I have read the books for a while now, but I was never that fanatic guy that wants to see everything in similar fashion. That's also why I enjoy watching tWD, because it's not only a visual copy-paste.
Some say that Breaking Bad is a nice one to watch (although the ending is said to be rather bland). There's also another of zombies, trying to cure zombies – the name I forgot and I'm a bit curious.
I also used to like Lost, but, ironically, I actually lost my curiosity after fourth season as well.
I'm not a fan of comedy shows or those talkative sort of shows, which feel pretty much like the place where I work.

I am not shocked, after watching the most of it. I love the show because it simply gets through the true nature of people, unlike the others who try to depict an surrealistic word, where everybody should be compassionate, generous, tolerant and so on. Those guys from night watch tower were harsh men, through their vows they swore to never experience love, what expect from? That they accept a fluffy 20 yo snow to dictate them how to take it, how to live, who to accept?
I was expecting it, was only surprised it took them so long. Now waiting for the Lanister midget to die, he clearly takes big risks by showing how effective his opportunism can become. It's a cruel world.

The Walking Dead and Southpark were always my favorite TV series 
The Walking Dead gave that ambience, and is still finding subjects of ZOMBIE-outbreak. I am very impressed about the way they managed to give such great ambience to the game .
Also, Southpark, even if it's racist, sexist, and they make fun of anything and everything, I see it fun somehow. The fun characters just make me laugh. It was better than the Simpsons

just finished watching what appears to be the final episode of Hannibal. a great end to a great series. definitely one of the best T.V. shows i've ever seen.

The third Vikings Season was epic.
Game of Thrones 5th season was a tad meh. not good, but not bad either.
