Do you have exact numbers for this bonus for when applying to spells?
If so, WHY ISN'T IT ON THE WIKI?
Seriously, even Endless Space has a better wiki than heroes 6. Half the pages are simply blank and at least 1/4 are just taken straight from the manual, and games don't seem to have good manuals these days...
Still, I would like to know the bonuses. This could change how I play, as usually I use a very healthy mix between Tears and Blood.

Yup, it should - it's more effective to "roleplay" than to mix too much. I don't have the exact numbers,(the most important are the stat boosts and the Counterstrike 2-3 duration difference - 3 rounds instead of 1 when going full(=tier 2) Tears) but they are significant in most cases.

Haven't you checked the fan manual or the FAQ? It should be in the official manual as well, it has been common knowledge since before the release. The values are in the manual though some things may have changed since the last version. I do not remember when was the last manual version, if it was in 1.5 then most spell values should be about the same. Now, when you get to the spell section you will see something like this:
Lightning Bolt Mana: 30 Cooldown: 3 Blood Air II Active Combat
Deals 847/975/1121(+stats, +level) damage (Air) to target enemy creature.
847/975/1121 corresponds to no reputation / reputation 1 / reputation 2. Anyways when you pick a reputation you can mouse over the abilities and you will see that the tooltips from the corresponding reputation abilities have changed. Sometimes it doesn't refresh, you should exit hero page and enter again or just pick an ability and the tooltips will be updated.

Just checked the official manual. There is 1 sentence at the bottom of the page which states that 'reputation abilities get more powerful' which i must have missed on my first and only read of the manual. Honestly, I almost never read digital manuals. It's just incomveniant and you expect everything important to be said in the game at somepoint.
The fan manual on the other hand does have all the information. Sigh... looks like i'm going to spend a long time memorising this stuff.
However it seems that, apart from the extra stat passives, there is very little difference between a tears 1 and blood 1 reputation level for the magics, so my mixed build is still 100% viable. This is a real relief, as I was afraid that it'd be a big increase like blood spells are increased by 1.5X for blood affinity

Not much need to memorize, you can check all those ingame  Overall, it's about +15% per reputation level but it doesn't apply in all cases. The only thing I consider worth learning are the artifacts but then I have an extra reason for that - minimizing often tends to corrupt my graphics

Also, 300 is a LOT. I've got 300+ on some of my campaign LP videos, but that took a while. How fast does he get those 300 views?

Very slowly. I even have some 1000+ view videos for HoMM, but those were taken during the beta ^^
I only have 2 very short (for now) playlists and, as gameslayer said, they are not actually duels. One playlist for HoMM VI:

This is soooooo off topic, just one last thing to close off the discussion (sorry Elvin).
I have done a full LP of the game, started around Christmas last year and ended some time last summer (so it was in the patches we were in at those times). I have 2 playlists for that, as it is 269 videos, the limit for a playlist is 200. The first one is here, and I do have 1000+ on the first 3 videos (4th almost there). In fact, the first part is 3K+ and the second 2K+. It drops down so fast, doesn't it.
I now also have a third playlist for duels, which has 25 vids. Mind you, I don't do only one duel per video, because length would be waaaay too long to get viewers to view it, and I do leave in the preliminaries (me choosing my skills). The first time I left too much of that but after a lil' bit I got the hang of it. That playlist is here.

Freespirit if you're around, I'll be available for the next hour and a half or so to record a duel, although I'm probably going to spend the first half of it recording some Lode Runner because you ain't there that I can see. But I'll have my Uplay open so we can still communicate somewhat.
EDIT my Uplay seems unable to connect atm, not sure what's up, but that's going to make it hard to communicate through it.

I usually have problems with my chat in the game. If there are problems today we should keep contact with each other with the HC Messenger. Just minimize the game and check HCM if there are problems of any kind.

Well is was an absolute slaughter. My attempt att an early offensive pretty much killed me off. The combo of counterstrike and bloodrage 3 killed off my champ and juggernaut, and thusly also my gated lords.
So yup, orcs did what they did best, kill demons!
For reference:
I had Inferno might, focused on luck. (+6 destiny from arties and al 3 luck perks, yet Locksley got more lucky hits than me).
Locksley had Stronghold Might, used inner fire + counterstrike +Žice armor and his racial for complete domination.

Demons Brutally Slaughtered By Orcs
The battle started with the orcs being blasted by a Fire Storm! and heroically charged by ravagers and other demons. Both of us had chosen might, I was a Chieftan and Seddy a Chaos Lord.
However, Seddys situation was hopeless from the start. Should he attack an army with expert counterstrike or wait and get massacred by blood rage and inner fire first turn? Difficult choice.
I'm very happy my faction was Stronghold and Seddy's was Inferno, instead of the other way round. I wouldn't have any great plan either. Things happened too fast for a magic hero to have a real impact. I guess I have some Demonic Luck?

That sanctuary turned out tougher than I expected. It was not a good idea to move the griffins forward, it a) prevented the crusaders from getting any charge bonus b) made the griffins more vulnerable just one turn before they could dive c) blocked the glories from blinding enemy stacks. It was probably better to focus on disabling the priestesses instead of the yuki onnas(that reinforcements on the priestesses was totally worth it!), that regeneration was painful. Similarly the attacks on mizu kami were wasted, kirins might be a better target as it would make nikolas' ranged units more vulnerable. Nikolas played tricky was usual
It seems that it's confirmed then, water elemental icebolt does not cause freeze. A shame.
Firestorm? Perhaps you mean boundless hate? I avoid doing that with a might class and especially against a barbarian that can benefit from first blood The fire damage is weak without a warlock in command and you also miss the opportunity to frenzy enemy units. I would avoid attacking first too, it is a recipe for disaster. That said orcs are not an easy foe for demons and require luck as much as tricky play. Also blood heroes are a bit unpredictable, in such matchups I prefer to last longer than deal more damage. Will have to try this matchup to see how it plays out.
