I didn't use the Alchemy. I don't know how. I was thinking is not finished yet. And i hadn't a stable version to be able to test it. I must test it first to understand what you did to be able to give you ideas.

alchemy is part of monasticism (Scholar).
you can get herbs while walking with hero with monasticism.
if you put proper collection of herbs into misc slots and then press "process alchemy", it would brew it. also you can mix potions with same way. sometimes you get potion as random artifact. some white potions and some black potions are not finished, but rest would work.

Try to test virtual backpack (two square buttons and two arrows on hero screen). Notice that you can rightclick the wait button or spellbook in battle. (there is connected skill with wait - misticism/runecraft, and for spellbook there are new spells - some replace old adventure spells, some are artifact-based).

if there would be no virtual backpack, the herbs would quickly fill the basic one. menus for virtual backpack and alchemy are finished. (Runecraft and Additional Spells works now, but each new spell require update of the dialog and the script while backpack-like things are very automatized)

Thanks. But where is the description? What is the proper collections of herbs to put misc slots?
I see the 8th slot in hero army. How can be use it?

I didn't update the era. Probably that's why it crashed. i will do it now.

It works. I play 50 turns without problems. But can i use the 8th slot?

I can not use Alchemy. My backpack is full of plants and potions but the alchemy backpack is full of locked places. When i press alchemy button from hero screen an error appears. In battle, nothing happened with alchemy.

Dragon Utopia crash the game. I can not enter in dragon utopia to fight. The game crash without any messages.

Did you saw that the game screen margins outside the map border has 3D effect? Try to look at it but not at a fixed point but as the whole. And then move your head close and far the monitor and you will see the effect.

Paladin beneficial spell cast on his own army crash the game.

if your backpack is full please press "all to virtual backpack".
locked slot means "non used slot". it's really hard to get herbs by guess, I will point info. Yes I also experienced sometimes that paladin beneficial spell can crash the game, but only sometimes - the guilty is the code for switching spells on paladin between cure and ressurrection - please test when it crash and when it not.

you need same color, same grade but different parts of set of herbs. you need to put them on misc artiact slots and press process alchemy

One is replacing utopias with new type of cities, one is creating new creature banks which internally are dragon utopias. please send me the save which crashes... and be warned that KK works officiallly onloy with WoG and no other mod

EDIT: New release of the mod - herbs have descriptions. Note, that you need to start new game after fresh launch of the game to see the new descriptions. It's because how emerald works.

EDIT: do you have ideas for missing 4 white potion and missing 6 black potions efffects?

Thanks for illuminated me. After i test the alchemy i will think for ideas for white and black potions.

I think the humans spell against undead creatures and viceversa are to powerful. And scouting generation of rogues is too powerful (75 rogues per day at expert level of scouting is too much). I was beaten with my huge undead army by an easy armed AI hero because having a too powerful anti-undead spell that casts for every living creature attack over my undead stacks.

It's the Exorcism skill. Maybe I need to nerf it .
note that exorcism hits own creatures if they are bad.
and it affects only bad creatures. (but all 3 types of baddies - necro, dungeon and Inferno)

EDIT: yeah there is also auto-spell of Paladin commander. it is mass anti-undead spell.

EDIT: it seems you get a battle with castle-aligned hero with Exorcism in his skills. Tought battle

Hi. I installed today the last version of Knightmare Kingdom, latest HD Mod and latest era and i played 3 hours and i experienced several HD crashes. I guess there are conflicts with latest hd mod. It is difficult to play and crash once at 2 or 3 turns especially when attack map creatures banks. Several crashes was in manual battle with sylvan dragons.

Some heroes are very unbalanced. They are specialised in very powerful creatures that they have them from the begin and are very difficult to be beaten. Some very powerful artefacts are available on the map unguarded or very poor guarded and it is a matter of luck to find them and win.

In this latest era version i did not find wog crash log txt to see the error messages.

I didn't exerienced crashes... did you have machines in creature banks? was the freebie artifacts set ones?

And by the way, i couldn't use the alchemy. I don't know how.

Do you put artic sharpshooter instead iron golems in tower? Stone Golems is upgrading in artic sharpshooter in tower.

Emerald Tower crash the game if you have a new creature that you add in knightmare kingdom. Wrong creatures index error.

I put additional upgrades (in tower it is iron golem to gold golem) if you build special new building. it gives one up for each one level of creature. I didn't put arctic sharpshooter anywhere

hmm definately something is wrong. please send me the saves before bug.

PS: Emerald tower script should be off

In Tower Town there is no iron golem at level 3 creatures. Just stone golem and artic sharpshooter. And this is from the last update of knightmare kingdom. I didn'd do anything with the game since last time. So it is not from me.

I have all potions and nothing appears in alchemy menu. I put different combination in misc slots but the alchemy slots are locked.

Today i will try with an old version of HD Mod to see if majority of crashes are from last version of hd mod.

I will sent you the savegame today, at night, when i will arrive home.

In scouting secondary skill description write 15 rogues per day at expert level, but in reality it gives 30 per day without any artefacts to enhancing the skill. Weird no?

I couldn't reproduce golem bug. I've tried with era 2.6.6, HD mod (one of newest), newest Knightmare Kingdoms. You should start new game (perhaps bugs persists in savegames) and I will send you set of options You should use. The alchemy was a bit bugged (Herbs didn't go to virtual backpack but real one, so real one could be filled by mistake). Note that to use alchemy You need enough monasticism (the SS that evolved from scholar). Let try with expert one (all legal combinations posssible). To use alchemy window you need to have potion in VIRTUAL BACKPACK. "Locked Slot" icon means slot is empty thus unavailible. You can mix potions based on their colours (white and black recipes are more difficult). To mix potions or brew herbs you need to press "process alchemy" button (left arrow under alchemy button on hero screen). If you wish to brew Herbs you need same colour and same grade but each one of different type (number).

EDIT: grey potion is effect of failure in brewing. Blue herbs creates Blue Potions based on Grade ("A-Grade" Blue highest chance of Blue, lowest chance of failured grey)

EDIT: crashes are from Audio System - sometimes when player collect herbs and message pops up I will try to fix it :| (but this is the thing that should be fixed in ERA )

Don't store the wav in z1 var, this is what makes it crash. Use z2 or higher.

Not for me. Please use only WoG and KK. Please use newest version of KK. Please use included settings file. Please use newest ERA and newest HD-mod.
