I assume black potions are a one time use as it was in MM7?
Then I would suggest:
Black Potion of Speed: +1Speed in Combat
Black Potion of Min Dmg: +1-2 min Dmg (or use %)
Black Potion of Max Dmg: +1-2 max Dmg (or use %)
Black Potion of HP: +3%HP
Black Potion of Experience: +1 Hero Level
Black Potion of Invincibility: 1 stack becomes immune to damage for 5 battle rounds (can be used several times but costs 1 attack for the hero)
When using these potions the effect is only for the next battle:
Orange/White Potion of Fire: Attacks deal additional fire damage
Purple/White Potion of Frost: Attacks reduces speed of enemy by 1
Green/White Potion of Earth: Attacks reduces defense by 2
(idea is also from MM7 where you could enchant your weapons with fire)

Save game with "S" Button?
also please load default WoG options included with my mod
also please write something if it asks for skirmish name. (its base for saved game names).
I will hunt the bugs :|
EDIT: Your Brute commander should cast the Quicksand automatically, just not as much as you show :|
EDIT: I can reproduce the saving crash if saved via menu. I didn't have the crash for long time as I always use "S" button - will be fixed later.

Hi! After week 1, the AI moves very slow. I had to wait for AI3 to move 10 minutes. For every turn the total amount of wait time is 15-20 minutes for a 3 player map ALl for One. Is it normal?
I encountered the same problem one year ago and you resolved it. But now reappears.

Hi! I know I usually ask too much, but I want to ask you if the following mods are interesting for you to integrate them into your mod or maybe PerryR makes them compatible with your mod:
The most important of them all:
Scaling Magic
You ever felt that it made no sense that a level 5 hero can cast Stoneskin with the same effect than a mighty level 50 wizard?
This Mod gives nearly all spells a scaling with spell power which hadn't one before! The effect of the spell is now based on your heroes total "Magic Strength" [MS]
MS is a combination of the hero spell power and his magic based secondary skills.
If you now pick Sorcery as a secondary skill it will give you +10 MS at expert level. +10 to MS will most likely result in one extra level for most of your spells. So no more buffing damage spells only.
A lot of other magic skills as wisdom, scholar or the magic schools will give you a certain amount to you MS. This system prevents strong might heroes, which happen to have high spell power,
from gaining the same strong spells as a pure magic hero will get!
To keep balance all spells start at a lower level. At around 20 to 30 MS factor you will get the same values as original H3 spells. But after that value, your spells will become stronger the more spell power you have.
Higher level spells will cost more spell points when cast. The spell points will be reduced from your mana pool after casting the spell. This makes it more important for casting heroes to take care of their spell points.
To check the current power of your spell you can right click on your heroes spell bock.

+Artifact Sets
Wisdom gives the hero a chance to deal +50% damage with spells. The chance is equal to the hero level.
Right click your Wisdom skill in hero meeting screen. Chance and damage can be increased with skills and artifacts.
Improved Spells
The idea was to make the magic system in H3 more rewarding and given more diversity in spells to cast and skills to chose. This mod does not change spellpowers or costs or lvl of spells, this you can do on your own.
When your hero learns Sorcery and the one of the four magic schools at exper (fire, water, earth, air) your spells get some new effects in combat.
The extra effect is writen in the battle log during combat and in the spell bock.
Intelligence:
When in combat your current spell points are added to your magic damage.
Basic 30% of your spell points are converted to magic damage.
Advanced 50% of your spell points are converted to magic damage.
Expert 100% of your spell points are converted to magic damage.
Luck Skill
The idea is that the Luck skill gives you a 10% chance per points of luck that after a cast from your hero, your hero immediately cast a Magic Arrow at a random enemy stack.
Be careful because this mod can wake up blinded stacks if the get aimed at.
Eagle Eye:
Before the battle begins your hero shoots a ray of magic energy at the enemy dealing damage based on your level and spell power.
(Expert Magic Artillery can deal (1-100 + hero level*5 + Spell Power*8)x3 points of damage to the enemy unit prior to combat.)
Mysticism:
Before a battle begins there is a chance for the hero to focus his mental power and choose one random direct damage spell which will deal more damage in battle. (chance and damage can be increased with 3 artifacts)
Some new and old artifacts.
Mostly just little enhancements. Description might be a problem. Some only work with my complete mod setup.
Scholar Bonus 2/Remember Spells
Additional to teaching spells to other heroes, Scholar now gives your troops a chance to transfer
their active spell buffs to the next combat!
Transferd spells last only for the first round in the new combat, but they keep their cast power.
With Expert Scholar up to three stacks can take spells to the next combat. If you finish the combat in one round
they can even go to the next battle.
If spells were transferd you will hear a little prayer sound at the beginning of the battle.
**Spell Trainer**
2018 by PerryR for ERA 2.7
Level up your magic. Using Spells in combat will make them more effective! To check out the current level of your spells just right clicking your spell bock when in hero screen.
Magic Class Heroes are able to perform 1 spell upgrade per combat.
Might Class Heroes which are adapt in magic schools have a low chance to perform 1 spell upgrade per combat.
If the Hero studies Scholar his magic knowledge increases which will give him the following bonus:
Basic Scholar you can make 1 spell upgrade per combat
Advanced Scholar you can make 2 spell upgrades per combat
Expert Scholar you can make 3 spell upgrades per combat

You could remove the fog of war then look at AI moves. Does it moves too slow or it takes too long before moving heroes? If the first, then it means there are too many triggers on each step it does. Usually AI becomes very slow when using fly and dimension door, but you said this was early game.

I actually maxed the number of artifact sets in mod
also I have slow turns and crash on menu-save to fix.
moreover I need further balance, finishing some existing features, and fix some game texts.
EDIT: new version uploaded. save crashbug should be fixed

want to say, that much scipts of EraScript mod was update from 2016. Now actual version is 1.37 (last update yesterday), so, mb, you can find them useful for your VERY BIG mod)
I m not author of EraScripts, just test them and write bug reports to main russian forum. Just i lke almost them all
What does mean 5% bonus for pathfindig? experience bonus?
as i understood, all creature spec has incorrect description

please disable the backpack icon in HD-mod, as it is over buttons from my mod
about Krelion: here it works properly. it seems you have not compatible mod enabled.

Hi! I am a fan of Era Script Mod. But I asked many times on russian forum an English translation for their last version and they refuse to do it. I translate it myself with google but it was a mess. I search for a new translation version but i found nothing. If you know russian language can you translate it? You talk about new English translation of the mod. Where can i find it?
Some of interesting options from Era Script mod were implement in Knightmare Kingdom mod.

I realy use only WOG mod and fast batlle animation aswell.
i m sure, that your mod will one of the best for me)
