I see the speed of exploring is higher than the previous version.
Month 6 week 2 Ouch I am at yellow tent.
Slowly I crawl to Fire bonus.

Am in the finals, math and german are done, english remains. Dont have all too much Motivation to play from scratch, now trying against Gerwulf (Didnt really play, worked on ~Rise of the Sun King~ instead...)

Yes I noticed it sometimes, I think it has to do with objects number limit which leads to memory being corrupt after 8th month. There is one cyclop stockpile which will generate that error message in your game but all others will work. You can replace by this file, F12 then right click on end turn icon, it will offer dialog enable/disable error messages, so you don't see it again every two weeks:

I will probably add a block for error messages in a last release, will just ignore. This is how it looks in one of my games and this happened after I removed all scripts, just map:

Either you defeat Wystan before he comes (which is impossible I think) or get the Implosion on cast ability on AD, that's the only way.

Doesn't matter if you beat Wystan, invaders are triggered by the death of other heroes, so faster you advance, faster they come.

Alisapa, I am testing the last faction, MoE, and decided to make some changes according to its specificities. Here are the settings I am testing right now, in bolt changes:

MASTERS of ELEMENTS

Spells will inflict double damage/effect in combat, including Bless and Prayer.

Creatures immune to level 1-4 spells can be targeted by spells as Ice bolt, Lightning bolt and many others (don't even think at Armageddon, is NO), check in battle

(which makes early battles a piece of cake, including Pasis, got him with 7 imps and lightning, but later with the HP growth, your spells will not much scratch them-Rissa titans lost 10 out from 80 to lightning or chain. The bless/prayer still makes wonders in long battles- cave of dragons, can kill 6 azures/hit, 10 turns later is 30.)

Spells working on 1-4 immune are:

Lightning
Ice bolt
Meteor
Chain
Hypnotize

Can increase the slow spell effect up to +4.

Can use teleportation shrines for instant travel (gets one every month).

Can cast twice both vs AI heroes and neutral armies.

Once the Fire bonus unlocked, can get scrolls of blind from Devil's camp and use them in battle. After usage, the scroll will vanish.

Every Master of Elements hero starts with God of mana. Except Commodus.

AI Heroes never have Resistance and can never cast dispel. Still pay attention to magic mirror a few of them have: implosion returns on you and x4 damage, killed my whole devils stack in one hit.

Every 50 spells upgrades you receive 500 mithril bars.

The Mithril Silo -when built in any inferno town-, will produce 10 bars of mithril daily.

Note that bless/prayer effect are slightly boosted for hell mode.

_ I'm afraid the Bless and Prayer changes are too strong, especially since they add up fast with the no upgrade cap. At 250 damage first turn you already get 25 damage bonus, then next turn it is 27.5 bonus and keeps growing.

_ The change that spells go through Immunity 1-4 doesn't boost much early game power as it already is a piece of cake right now. But I guess it will be useful in certain fight. MoE hard part of the game is middle game, when your spell damage falls off and you haven't had Spoil of War to get the resource to upgrade them or AD.

_ After getting SoW however, things become balanced as you can get tons of resources from Arena and upgrade your spells rapidly. I'm in month 5 and my Implosion/Meteor deal around 300k damage (100 SP), which are vital for most of battles. After getting Blind some battles probably are just cake walk because of Chain Blinding (higher chance because of no Resistance).

_ Does Inferno work through Immunity? It is better than Meteor in some scenarios.

_ I think MoE only needs a special level 5 AoE spell (of course not Armageddon level of AoE), mostly because the only level 5 spell now is Implosion which is hard countered by Mirror.

_ Fire Orb bonus is also kinda redundant, mostly because with x4 power and x2 cast Armageddon just clear everything even with very low SP. Would probably trade Earth Orb for it.

_ The 500 Mithrils per 50 spell upgrades change is perfect, not because of the Mithril, but now I can ignore the Mithril market and still get Mithrils via upgrade.

_ How many Mithril Silo can you build? One per town? And how much cost? If every town then it's about 90 Mithrils per day for me.

Mithril silo is the former resource silo. Once you build a market place (from Sphinx or else) the mithril silo is enabled.



Bless and prayer: the change is not big, the normal values divided by 100 then added, now is 97 for MoE and 94 for MoE/Hell, hard to explain. I find it very helpful middle game.

I can add inferno but didn't think someone will upgrade it, for one I never use it.
Fire orb: did not select it via bonuses, for MoE is redundant, with 2 armageddons. Just ignore that option (I can add earth orb only for MoE but I fear the implosion would be too much)

WOW.

This means MoE would be richer than MoW in mithril.
I mean 100 Mithril from Alchemist and another 90-100 mithril from Infernos(for MoE).
While you say 25 heroes over level 40 produce 200 mithril(for MoW).

I think MoW is in danger of players refusing to play it with the last change for MoE.

I doubt price of towns standing still for MoW is that great in comparison with the silo.

Umm, no. MoW produces 400-500 mithril/turn, the cap is 20 for every hero level 40 or more. MoW is the strongest end game, many towns, many demons. The goal was to make the game different for each faction.

Comparison at the moment when both defeat Piquedram:

MOW (180 spells upgrades):


MoE (150 spells upgrades)



At that moment, MoW Maximus has 974 devils, MoE has 678.

Summon a boat where you fought the first stack. In general if you are stuck, water walk or summon boat.

Well, near the location you fought mysticism master (water node) you can water walk south, then boat, then dark blue border gate. When you visit a keymaster's tent, look in special dialog to see where the corresponding borders are.

Thanks for the save, I was able to find in several errors I made. Didn't expect the usage of another god, thus the messages keept saying about spell power, then in difficulty infos, also something was wrong. Fixed.

Why dont you try it for yourself? Walkthroughs tend to make people think that there would be only one way, while in fact there are many. This is also the reason chinese maps are thought to be so hard, "walkthroughers"  solutions always look hard, while, in reality, it is way easier...I highly recommend you to try it!

Exactly, I would even not know where to start. My other maps had just a road to follow, here is a bit more complicated, you have dozens of choices, every of them leading to different outcomes.

And I am lazy too.
