Sometimes my mouse cursor doesn't move correctly, as if it were lagging. Is this a known problem? How do I fix it?

guys i started to play this shades of darkness aftr i completed my sandro campaign on game version 1.8
problems am facing now is
1> black screen when proceeding to lvl 2 of dungeon campaign.
2> unable to equip the edge of balance when got the 1st dynasty weapon of dark elf campaign
3> if started my lvl 2 of dungeon campaign by quitting process raelag starts from lvl 1 losing all his skills n reputation(this work same with all other campaign too)
apart i play offline i reloaded my sandro mission lvl 1 where am about to pick the staff of netherworld to chk the dynasty weapon equipment.
In 1.8 it was automatically equipped while offline playing so it should do the same for edge of balance in 2.1.1 but it didnt same as well it didnt for staff of netherworld too in 2.1.1 version
please guys will these bugs be fixed or have to continue this way

Heroes VI support has finished, no more patches.
For your point 3 above, make sure that you keep the same chosen abilities from your dynasty on your hero when playing each map of a campaign...(i.e. the ones you choose in the very beginning).

i cant because every time i play a campaign map my main hero is returning to level 1 with all his stats even am losing my stats equipment and previous level secondary hereos like Acamas from stronghold campaign, Sorshan from Dungeon campaign etc
i mean to say if i play mission 1 of dungeon campaign when i proceed to mission 2 i cant carry stuffs n stats of my heroes and its happening for all campaigns this was not happening when i used v1.8
it seems dynasty features are crashing in offline play

players who want to enjoy heroes 6 while playing offline i suggest them to stay on v1.8 as v2.1.1 only supports online gameplay if attempt to play offline you cant proceed the missions in a continous order(mean to say black screen issue am facing it for all missions in all campaigns) apart ur set items wont continue along with u for further mission like assassin sets, magister sets etc along with support heroes like Acamas, Sorshan etc
seriously totally ruined my game experience
wish they enable the dynasty features offline

If I remember correctly, dinasty features are meant to be only part of online play. Kind of online rewards and such.

Offline mode works just fine for me, regardless of game version.
What videocard do you use, Nvidia GeForce, I assume?
What Windows OS?
RE. Artifact sets, just put them to main hero near the end of mission, and they WILL carry over just fine.

the graphics card am using is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M350 @ 2.27GHz (4 CPU) ~2.3GHz
i put all the set kits and stuffs in the main heros at the end of missions but when i start the next mission they all are gone and the main hero starts alone at level 1 lossing all his stats that my problem am facing
happened this with me at mission 1 of dungeon campaign on raelag when i went to mission 2 raelag should be lvl 8+ but he was lvl 1
at mission 2 as i went tears path i should have sorshan as support hero with me on mission 3 and 4 but no raelag is starting at lvl 1 with all his stats as default as well as no kits in his inventory as well as alone

When I played HoMM6 for the last time (which was when Shades of Darkness were released), I had issues with cloud syncing, so I just disabled it. I'm not 100% sure, but I think I had that issue even before that.

That depends on wether it actually crashes, or just fails to save on the cloud. The latter is rather common. The cloud tends to sync better when you start a game than when you quit.

As far as I can tell, the sync process simply has a certain maximum running time value. If it can't complete the sync before that time, it will interrupt it and report a failure in syncing. If you re-sync immediately again, you will notice how it almost entirely skips the portion it already synced and then finish up the remainder. Very sloppy check, if you ask me; as long as data is being transmitted, the sync process should just continue.

I agree with Maurice. It does sync better on the 2nd or 3rd time... but its a 100% crash possibility on the first try.
So it does sync, but never on the first go.
And it also crashes/wont download all the patch when I start it up...
This game is so full of weird flaws and bugs =/

I'm currently stuck on the third map of the Dungeon Campaign.
When I go to the frozen Naga, the cutscene plays (with the Kirin) and afterwards a strange skip happens, like it wants to go into a battle, but then I get 250 money and a Draw! message appears in the top left. I think it auto-resolves the boss battle, but this happens even when I deselect the auto combat option in the settings screen. I've tried multiple settings and restarting but it simply always does this...
Any suggestions? Failing that, any way I can start the fourth map?

Well, after a long time i finally succeeded to start this game. I'm playing on Linux/Wine, so this may be special.
O.k., i have a "gold edition" version. I started it, and it updated automatically to version 1.8. Then came the Uplay screen "looking for updates", then nothing. After long time searching i found disabling Uplay with the /offline switch. Now version 1.8 started. The main menu screen had a majog graphics bug, showing only parts of the hero. But well, nevertheless i gave it a try. On the maps there where several graphics bugs, i think, mostly related to missing texture data. Next disappointment was the town screen. It simply was blank, except for the menu. It was technically playable, but the town screen was a horror. Then after some playing the game crashed.
Now i read about patch 2.1. Well, i downloaded it and tried to patch. Didn't work, because of "SOD is not installed". Grrr.
Well, i also have the "complete" version. So i deinstalled H6, and installed the complete edition. It started out of the box as version 2.0. The main menu screen was still buggy. But now i could no more start the campaign. On the campaign map the title and description of the first scenario was missing. There was some placeholder text, something like "title of the scenario" and "short description of the scenario". Seems as if the campaign is simply missing.
O.k., i installed the patch 2.1. Same result.
I found patch 2.1.1. Installed it. Now first time the main menu screen is o.k., but again it is not possible to start the campaign. And it is still not possible to connect to Uplay.
Now i read here that version 2.x depends on Uplay, there is no possibility to play offline. May that be the reason why i can not start the campaign?
If so, then for me this product is a complete fail.

1) You can play 2.1.x version Offline, but you need to login to Online mode at least once first.
2) Ditch Linux, install Windows 7 or 8.1 - problem solved!
