Loved the H3 angel. Like the H5 angel as well. If I had to choose, while i prefer the H3 (and mixing them would sadly not work) i find the H5 one to have more appeal. Would love to see a return to a gender-ambiguous angel that actually looks gender-ambiguous leaning towards feminine.

Afraid not. I liked the basic version more(though didn't like neither of them that much). I really disliked the h4 angel too though otherwise I think h4 had the best looking haven(or life to be precise^^).

That's the very definition of jumping into conclussions.
Just for reference. It's a 25%, Landschenkt is at 19%, and direwolves at 17%. I dislike how it function in game (abilities) and how common it looks. Oh yeah i am one of those who likes the flashy Angels or units with armor and spikes and skulls and stuff.

Armies of the Abyss - Part 3
I try to find any difference between Black Dragon in Heroes VI and VII and it seems that their wings... have clearer bone structure. They also have more golden elements. That's something. Otherwise, a cool reference to Heroes II and III.

Because it's a quick cash crab so everything is done as cheaply as possible

I wouldn't call a game that has been developed for 2 years "a quick cash grab."  Two years, after all, is a quite normal length for a production process of a game.

The Hydra is awesome, just change those awful wings and make it more black and it's going to be good dragon, right now I'm not a fan

As expected, Hydras are cool, Butterflies suck. I do find Cave Hydras design to be a bit over the top, but that's Ashan for you
At least it seems we have succeeded in drawing Ubi away from the boring monochromatic factions. Baby steps...

It's also the most prevalent complaints about her both here and the site.
Nothing wrong with wanting her reworked. It's the people who want her gone or want her to be a he I have a problem with. Besides, abilities were part of the questionnaire and as far as I'm concerned she has the mandatory "strikes twice" ability. And while I disagree about her needing more decoration. It's your opinion and you can feel whatever you want about that as long as you don't want her to turn into a man.
But i will fight you if you don't agree she's at least the best designed creature in at least the faction

Somehow I think that the Shadow Dragon is blacker than the Black Dragon, because its body doesn't glow as much from within as the one from the Black Dragon.
Oh well, 'Black' Dragons were never 100% black in any Heroes game, and in H5 they were just dark grey .
