Well, in my country 'afternoon' is extended a few hours, or at least I always understood like that.
So boderline afternoon/evening then.

Noon, evening can be confusing for strangers
Ok, this is how it is in Spain...more or less, since you always have to freedom to extend them a bit.
Madrugada : midnight - dawn (though mostly used for when you wake up before dawn)
Mañana (morning): dawn - midday (12:00, but you can still call it morning until ~14:00, depends at what time you have lunch)
Tarde (afternoon+~evening): midday - dusk (but not really, it can be 7pm, sunset already happened and it still be called tarde)
Noche (~evening+night): dusk - dawn (though mostly used until you go to bed, if you do so )
@JoonasTo: so you don't have names for every two hours? filthy casuals

Didn't they say somewhere that there would be a week between the faction vote and the line-up vote?
EDIT:
I was mistaken. What was actually said was:
