I personally can wait to see the deer! He looks so awesome in the screenshot. Would be pretty nice to have a female deer too but they dont have any antlers so they not much of a help in the battle :/ unless they are caribou  or maybe even reindeer 
Anyways... nice units so far and im looking forward to seeing the rest of them. Still a bit sad about not getting any unicorns, but at this rate LizarWarrior will probably have it modded by the end of the week so its all good

not necessarily Heroes, just fiction in general when both genders are represented. guys fight, girls shoot. Nice to see the opposite.

I dont know how but i saw some majestic antlers on her head before  But now they have disappeared.... creepy....
So how is she going to fight? With her hooves? Maybe some magic? She better be full of magic...
I hope the upgrade doesnt suddenly get antlers You either have them or you dont and thats it. Unless they go through some major lifestyle changes during the time of war :/

Nope, i have better things to do i honestly didnt know. I thought they had antlers all along for some reason until i was corrected and its just kinda snowballed from there.
Anyways... What do think of the sylvan core units? And do you have an opinion on the current skill system now that the beta has ended?

Hunter's face is a bit odd, could use some work. Dryads are beautifully green, it looks like their upgrade has even more glowing parts so it won't be too hard to tell them apart. Pixies/Sprites are quite out of tune if you compare them to the green-ness of the others. But they're pretty, let's just hope their abilities will be useful as well.
Not a bad start for Sylvan, now let's wait for the rest.

lol the truth is that my enthusiasm and expectations did suffer some blows during the events of the beta bugfest and some other things... but after this little hiatus i think i will give this game another shot now that sylvan and more importantly dungeon reveals are on the way some time soon.

I was never keen of having both Dryads and Pixies at the same time, but I'm quite pleased with the result. Pixies/Sprites in particular look lovely

Here's a thought:
We don't get any spikes now (fortunately). Instead, we get sparkles and glowy stuff. This offers quite a contrast to the fact that the town screen will be in the dark, at night. That is when those Sprites shine at their brightest, and the Dryads can be seen going about their business. It works, there is light in the dark. The Moon Doe/Sun Deer will be just as glowy. I think this is deliberate, older artwork showed different pixies. Is it likely that they have adapted the design to what the Townscreen would look like?

That's right! They need to show us elites but Core is genuinely beautiful, especially Pixies. Their wings resemble petals and feel truly magical. Dryads are looking like my imagining of them in Greek mythology, that's cool. In case of Hunters, their upgrade looks way better than the non-upgraded one. Overall, this makes me so excited to see more!
PS. I get a feeling that Pixies might be the strongest Core, which would be quite unusual.

Now they're going to slowly reveal slyvan....after its been partically leaked... They could have at least stuck with the core + elite for one day and champions + warfare for the next.

I have been under the impression that LizardWarrior is the lord of avatars in this forum, but i could be wrong considering all of my latest blunders... Have you talked to him about this? This kind of thing sounds very unlike him... he seems to be a pretty stand up guy with all the modding and photoshopping projects he is running :/

They do look pretty nice Reminds me of the colorful rainbow fairies from H2 . Nice choice for the otherwise so green Sylvan.

The elite will be revealed on wednesday and champions on Friday and warfare maybe in july lol I told you guys we would see only core on monday and no website update
