That's why I said "celtic OR native american". For me, it is quite native american in style. Agree it suits Sylvan perfectly, of course

This theme is genuinely amazing, especially the ending part. This is the music I'd espect during some feast organised by Wooden Elves.

This may be due to the fact that Romero & King were utilizing Greek and Armenian (little country beneath Russia, next to South Caucasus). It does sound a littkle bit oriental, but that's mainly because of the labguage I presume. Maybe usage of Gaelic would make it more elvish?

The music piece is excellent as you would expect 
But that arabic/oriental touch doesn't totally fit Sylvan, imo. A more celtic approach would have been more of my liking. Still great though!

I dunno. Gaelic might also make it sound Dwarfish. Since Dwarves often have Scottish or Irish Accents.

Until now all H7 songs (Haven, Academy and Sylvan themes) were marvellous. If Rob&King continue like this with H7's music, it may end up being even better than H4 music was

Honestly, to me yeah. These two relate to elves so much more, than the one we will get. These totally give me that natury celtic feel, and I love it. The arabic theme unfortunately not so much..

Ehhh, I really don't like that theme. Doesn't feel like an elf theme. It feels emotionless.
Have to hear the theme in-game with the town screen in background, but so far i'm not hopeful.

I wouldn't say that Academy theme fits Haven, but as for the other two I agree. Though mostly on the instruments choice, more than the pieces themselves.

Yes there is a Dwarf theme i heard, but i dont know it is for town or not for town Because its just 2:20 minutes.
How you liked the new elven theme? Strange first but secondly i think is really good.

Totally. Except for the Academy theme, which I think can fit in that town (though it is true that it fits better a wizard town more in the line of H3 than this oriental flavoured academy).
I don't like this theme at all by the way, at least not for a Heroes town theme. It lacks structure, it is just a solo without real melody.
I can't believe the current Haven theme (Hope for Green Falls) won't be used for Sylvan. I am a VIP so I heard it long ago, and from the first time I thought it would be Sylvan all the way. Specially when I know that Haven could use other themes which are also quite fitting for that town.
Indeed the range of quality and style of this H7 is really strange. From what I've heard so far it combines master pieces like Hope for Green Falls with some others that I find a bit mediocre.
Well, nothing will ever beat H2 I assume.

And why would they ? This track breathes life, general rhythm of the track is definitely a forest one, and the harmony is peaceful, the mode used for the middle passage solo isn't an oriental one, wait until they deliver Academy's theme you will see.
