The only thing I like in the coming game is the hero portraits. Yet, Lord Haart has become worse, too much young in comparison.

Where can we see all updated portraits? I want to see them now!

I am happy to see this coming . The only thing I hate is that Fortress is such a weak town in RoE (Lizards and dragonflies not buffed)

I like Fortress !

Especially for the nice music in the town

Also Hydras can be very devastating, when used well. (Expert blessing helps )

maybe they will be. I still think wraiths need a boost much more than dragonflies.

You really think that Wraiths need buff considering that 12 Vampire Lords can clear whole map starting from day 1 of 2nd week and in the third week you should have around 600-1000 skeletons?

Well in my humble opinion I think vampire lords definitely need to be nerfed because at the moment they are too overpowered and boosting wraiths is good idea. Maybe vampires' ability should be like resurrection without earth magic. I mean, they can resurrect themselves but after the battle the lost still counts. That would balance them enough if we compare other level 4 creatures.

Oh I forgot to mention how to balance wraiths then. Wights are ok as they are but when upgraded to wraiths, then instead of first aid ability they should be able to resurrect themselves each turn. I don't know how much is enough for turn but maybe something like 10% of their size before the battle each turn sounds good enough and their number will never go over their original size. And after the battle, their number should be as same as end of the battle which means players are likely to wait longer until the battle ends.

This might sounds as vampire lords' ability but it's actually less powerful because 10% for each turn is not much and, therefore, their number will never grow as fast as vampire lords'. My suggested ability also is compatible with their fantasy theme; ghosts increases over time...

In addition, I think zombies should also be boosted somehow because at the moment I rarely recruit them at all and if I recruit, they are very likely used in skeleton transformation....

Jesus, you guys are really serious about big buffing of 2 out of 7 units which belong to already much much overpowered castle (therefore banned from competitive multiplayer since ages) I'd understand if u proposed for example buffing Castle or Tower, but Necro...

They have very nice heroes, by far the best level 1 in game able to one shot everything since week 2, very powerful level 5 and best cost-wise level 6.. not to mention these vamp lords again which can clear full dragon utopia week 2 without any casualties.

well, it's like necropolis has useless creatures to compensate for other overpowered ones

Ironically not exited at all. Heroes 3 is not pixelated at all and no amount of sharpness can compensate the lack of expansions, comfort features and XXL maps. It would be nice to have it all on a handheld device though.

But seriously, 30 000 h of work? I would rather have them help with ebola. Or dig my back yard.

I'd honestly be fine with them re-releasing Heroes 3 on Steam with Steamworks.

'HD' edition strikes again.

Oh God, why, WHY they overexaggerated that lip. A simple shut mouth looks a lot better, regardless of the fact that the original Lorelei had it a bit open and more calm facial expressions.
Darn, the portraits were the only thing I liked on the promo screens, and there is such a bummer.

5 minutes of lazy work.

Oh, I will not even comment the new minotaur and his axe.

She has a weird grin in HD. A simple brush and they could fix it, but no.

Perhaps that was just a try to add her more brutality as the Overlord, but a frowning face is already enough for that and better from the point of pure art.

Here's an image of an artist I'm familiar with, as an example.

Wrong. Gladiators don't have heavy armor - it's a show business no less than fight. So that a dress like that is realistic.

Despise the fact there never was Murmillo women, you're right. All gladiators fought with the chest unprotected, for more spectacular blood baths.

Yes and I also doubt about the historical accuracy that painting claims.
