The issue lies with new mines. I don't know the exact technicalities, but basically, when their "index" is not defined, they crash the game when put into the game via map editor, and when it is, it messes up with random map generation. The only way right now is to play without the 'Desert Objects' submod or disable the mines. A while ago I released a fix that does exactly that:

+ submod fix (only if you want to play random maps with new objects - dunes, fortune idols and wisdom trees.)

I must have missed the fix. I got the mod initially off the wiki page. Thanks for the clarification.
And btw, the new sandstorm grail looks amazing. The old one mostly looked like any other building, but this really gives it a sense of awe like a grail should imo.

I managed to snatch up some spare time and finish a couple of things:

1) First up, a much needed Anubis lift-up:



2) What else... I got two gifts from my dear misiokles - Pavivlion's units are now compatible with WoG's unit experience module, and its dwellings and the bank will emit ambience on adventure map.

3) Oh, almost forgot. Special building functionality has recently been implemented in VCMI, so the Grail of Pavillion is now officially working (at least a half of what was planned).
