That's more because of the emission maps, they look kinda cool in night lighting, but yeah I agree they look  a bit eyesore in daylight. As about animations, it may be because of stream's lag, but I'm gonna look into it.


EDIT: Now that manticores are in, go for them in Dungeon extra spot?

First of all great work, the mod seem promising!
And i can't imagine the time you've passed to do so.

Well I modded in my time Heroes 5 and i've passed +100 hours to do a tenth part of what you have done here.

Here my questions:

Why do not have upload the video in 720p? and with sound?

Heroes battle without sound and in a low quality do not highlight your impressive work.

Again thanks for trying to make a good heroes 7 game.

I definitely purchase the game if this mod is released.

I just recorded the stream, the low quality is due to the fact that I had to lower the streaming quality so people didn't experience lag. As for the lack of sound, the recording program must have recorded that way.

Hello, AttT team. I've been observing your progress for a long time and I'd like to commend you on your talent and work. While some of the units look a little bit wonky, the concept is awesome and all of the creatures look so much better without unnecessary ornaments, rainbows and glitter. Especially the Dragons and Swordmen, fantastic work.

Speaking of Swordmen, I'd like to ask a little question too. How hard would it be to give them flails instead of swords? Does it have any chance to look good in the game?

Not really, just waiting for porting it to the expac, gonna do so when everything is more calmer I guess.

About crusader's sword, it's a classic, but I can change justicar's weapon with an axe or mace

No, Crusader (as in Champion unit) should definitely have a big sword. I was thinking about replacing Juscticars with some warriors with flails to add diversity to Haven weaponry.

Also, I considered putting Justicars on Griffins instead of equestrian cavalry. That's probably the only way to make this unit make sense. Such frail and little lady should serve as a light rider, not a heavy hitter. But I know it probably won't fly in this mod, since Griffins have been moved to Dungeon. It's just my idea.

The last one imo. Higher is better. The cam is too low in the first 3 proposals. Don't try to capture H3 spirit cuz 2D is one thing and 3D is completely different story. The devs cam is too high so the last screenshot is somehow the most acceptable.

Can you make the cam to rotate around 2 axes? Cuz the devsí cam is set to rotate around a single axis. For instance: right click + left/right drag of the mouse will rotate around Z (as it is now) and right click + up/down drag of the mouse will adjust the height. This will give an option to adjust the cam for everyone as it suits him/her.

The camera is pretty much free at this point, it allows you to use all sorts of crazy angles if you want to The h3 camera is what I want to use as a default camera when you enter combat, but everyone will be able to adjust it as (s)he pleases. It also helps me to take some killer in-game screens, no more perfect timing with their show-off camera

Ubisoft did a lot of dumb things, but one of the dumbest, crappiest things ubishaft has done is to remove map dwellings, like what the f*ck, then cram some "outposts" to recruit all creatures, because they are too cheap and lazy to model dwellings.

Here are some rough sketches I did today, don't worry, they will look better textured:

Some kind of ossuary or mausoleum for either liches or skeletons


A graveyard, may work for zombies or skeletons.
