I don't think (hardly) anybody does that in real life without running the risk of getting maken fun of. It's like a necktie with a Polo shirt. In a magazine, maybe, but not in real life. Magazines and/or film can often get away with more outlandish styles without raising too many eyebrows, but those same styles make you want to punch the person in the face IRL. The detachment from reality is lifted.
Oh and also: Berlin. Terrorist attack. Security. Lorry. Market.

While the world is so worried about the infinitesimal number of deaths from terrorism underneath a long list of other more ubiquitous calamities, the supervolcano that is believed to have wiped out our neanderthal brethren is waking up off of Naples.
The implications may be as follows:
Mount Nuovo may acquire a friend.
There will be an apparent lack of imported socks that I will find most disturbing.
Absolutely nothing.
Everybody dies.

The such acts in France, Germany,  . Perhaps the next one will be Poland.
As usually, the desired goal has been reached, I think so.
