I also just noticed the White Tigers in the unit window! One of my favourite units from Homm IV. (Maybe the only good looking unit in the game)

There was an earlier post about them in this thread, back on page 12.
Interestingly, this isn't actually the first Might and Magic mod I've seen to associate white tigers with Vori, though Day of Reckoning looks rather more likely to actually release than Echo of Destruction.

Hi people! First time poster here. I've been playing homm3 since 2002/2003 and I've lurked here for a couple of years.
Day of reckoning looks amazing. Love the Snow Elf town. Especially the tigers, they look great. Really looking forward to see tier 5, tier 6 and tier 7 creatures for this faction.
@firepaladin- Are you guys planning to release some updates in the forge faction as well or is it going to be mainly palace? I don't mind either way, but I'm curious to see how you'll try to stay true to NWC's vision of forge.

I'm glad you like the project!
Always happy to be able to offer at least a bit of that wonder that H3 itself offered.
Some of the higher creatures can be seen teased as part of adventure map in some screenshots, by the way.  (and some even appear in combat images)
If you're referring to MDT Forge, then no, that project is considered completed and by a (technically) different team (even if people from it are also in DoR). As far as DoR's Forge goes, however, we have access to certain resources and people (a bit more was shared in the CDA magazine), but for now we'd prefer to keep this info for a significant future update.

I think here (https://sklep.cdaction.pl/shop/cd-action-wydanie-specjalne-heroes-of-might-and-magic-iii-preorder/), but I'm not sure if they're still delivering and if they will make the English version (it's a Polish magazine). Yes, to my knowledge, they do want to do that, though I haven't gotten any news about it for months. I could inquire about it if you're thinking of buying it.
Page 12 of this thread also has two screenshots from it, but apparently, nobody has shared a screenshot of the Forge image on the internet (so I can't link that).

I also found t6 and t7 creatures, probably the valkyrie chariot and a blueskinned giant with a hat.

Good day, 'eroes!
We hope that this update finds you well! Today, we will discuss the greatest DoR update up until now: the future of the project, as well as.... the game it will be featured in.
Heroes of Might and Magic 3 is known by all of us to be the true classic of the HoMM games. It is probably the installment with the most overwork hours and polishing put into it, and it shows. However, its brother, Heroes of Might and Magic 4, cannot claim the same, even if it's an objectively better game in terms of game design. How come? Well, by the time HoMM4's development began, 3DO was starting to go bankrupt. And thus, HoMM4's funds were fairly low, as was the development time. And they had to make do, somehow. Even so, they managed to make a game that is very solid gameplay wise, an upgrade from H3, and with an actual, greatly written story.
Anyway, why does this all matter? HoMM4 is an unfinished game, and it's undebatable that it has potential to be even better than HoMM3, in its finished form. That's why, and also because HoMM3 already has plenty of mods and great towns, the DoR Team has decided to move to HoMM4. What's coming will be a true revolution in the HoMM community, as well as a massive upgrade to HoMM4 itself. Prepare to be astonished and see HoMM4 rise to glory! We hope that you will continue to support us, and that the community will begin to truly enjoy this series' fourth installment.

Ahhhhhh, uhhhhhhhhhh, well, I guess I'll tell you that the T4 and the MGs in that screenshot use scrapped models, the big thing in the sky references a scrapped Grail, and the fort on the right is based on the blockout we originally used when we first made the city layout.
Waaaait.... you said squirrel, not squirrels! There are more!

Major updates are not a priority until the project actually goes into promotion mode: that is, most of it is finished and the team is comfortable with going all-out with promotion (you'll know when that is). For now, we just write regular updates for the forum followers, for the sake of feedback.
I suppose you could expect another update in ~2 months, but this is flexible.

It is something I considered, but especially later in development, rather than now (when people would be aware of what I'm modeling and it would not be such an issue to reveal it). Otherwise, for me it is more viable to make a fast-forward YouTube video of a full asset's creation, or just stream to the team itself. However, I cannot talk for other team members. Each of us has our own workflow, which may or may not be suited for a stream.
But if I do stream, we'll make sure to post a link in your thread, too.
