I just find it annoying.
They joined HC, but they don't contribute to this place. That's how I see them.

I know some members who posted a lot and contributed much less than some others with only a handful of posts.

The point is that quality and contribution should not be measured by the number of posts and members with even only 1-2 posts should not be discarded in any way.

The only thing that gets clogged up is the memberlist, and you can just sort that thing by posts anyway and you won't see them.

A day mod
I want to give a suggestion and to write it as good as I can.
A mod for a day
1)This means an honourable/admirable member get some mod powers/duties for one day.
2)These mod powers/duties are as follow:
a)Give one QP for a post submitted during that day
b)Give one penalty for a post submitted during that day
c)Give thoroughful explanation in the Turbal Tribunal regarding the QP and the penalty.
d)helping the moderators in their duties that day
I suggest not giving him access to the peacekeeing center.
(Or maybe access when majority of moderators agree)
I saw that as a proposition discussed-the ability of admirable members to see the Squad place-with no announcement of the result.
I hope my suggestion found reasonable.

It's very reasonable, apart from the part of giving 1 penalty for a post submitted that day.
Part of your awesomeones, ML, comes from the language barrier, but it also means it's easy to misunderstand you. Having the ability to give a penalty is part of being a moderator and as such any admirable member who're a mod for one day should also have this ability, but require a penalty be given would not be a good idea, though I doubt that's what you meant.
