Poll Question:
Crusader or Archangel?
I got this idea from Sir Dunco.
Now the question is: Should the Archangel unit be kept or should we get back to the Crusader rule(For the castle like town)?

I think Arch Angels should stay because there are great 7th level creatures and since there are already Crusaders in Castle which are good to work with Arch Angels I think that the new 7th level creature makes Castle more intresting and easy to use

Crusaders higher.
Well yes, but Crusaders should be a higher level, or u can keep them as they are. They are as good as they are.

As ive said in post before i dont want angels if they are no devils in 4. But thats whats bad about angels now they were in 3 so they have to be in 4. Also theres nothing really there that could replace them.

No demons means The fallen angel
Maybe they ad a new Fallen angel into the Undead town.
Then the arc angel has another strong enemie!

yeah it looks like there will be no devils so it is doubtful there will be angels to counter them...or else maybe a neutral or different town. Who know's?
Anyway, I think crusaders should be higher and be upgraded to paladins. And paladins could have some special abilities against undead or be able to use some cure/bless type spells or something.
But the whole town structure will be changed so its hard to say exactly what should be done. But crusaders/paladins definately is more interesting thatn swordsman/crusaders.

I'm confused....
What's this crusader idea? Is it a secret joke amoung the older posties? I woudl like to know, then maybe I'll have an opinion to share.
And wouldn't everyone like that? Of course you would....

Well Lady Lili have u ever played Homm2 or Homm. If so u know that the Crusader was the strongest and highest level unit for the Knight(Castle). Well some people would like to see it become the strongest level creature for the town. If u haven't well u just learned.
Incubus, yeah since there is no Devil the Fallen Angel(same thing) could be the enemy of the Angel. Stronger and well sort of the same, since by defensison it is the same thing. But yeah it could be there.

Well, now I know what all you guys are talking about. Personally, I think that the Angels should stay where they are. I think it would create ties with religion, which humans have always been attached too. And, if you think that most of these units were used in the Middle Ages, when religion was a deciding factor, you may take away an element of the game. Just a thought.
Anyway, the castle needs two flying units, not just one. That would really be bad.

Crusader
I say crusader for 3 reasons:
1st. A Crusader is more realistic!
2nd. The creators made angels really wrong. 1st off there is only one angel with a flaming sword and that is Saint Michel (I think), There are no such things as archangels, and angels are not violent creatures.
3rd. Like what everyone has said, no more devils!

Mojo you might want to know this but Archangels are a very big part of religion man. Catholics anyway i dontbelong to anyother religion but. We have Arch's
Also i think that Crusaders should be best unit. Angels should go away i mean how in the world would a castle go about buying angels?

Why would you not like angels in game if there is no devils? Good guys destroyed Kreegans in MM7 and HMM3 and thats why there will be no devils. Angels continue their "lives" normally ( only if they are not wiped out with Erathia ).

Its not buying angels, its under their protection.
A crusader is just a man going to a crusade to the holy land, he nothing near strong, they varied between some poor pikeman and a paladin, and how can u compare that to dragons, giants or hydras? The lvl 7 should be angel, its the best option, and yes they are violent against evil

Angel of death!
That fallen angel is the same thing as an angel of death!
They are not red skinned horn wearing demons!
They are black winged angels with also flaming swords(Green fire maybe) their skin is white and there are som black paintins on,his clothes are black and look like the clothes from the sharpshooter hero from armageddons blade.
That is an fallen angel! Not an stupid horned Redskinned devil!
The bible means nothing to me!
God and that stupid snow is just VERY different from the mythology!

Whahaha they are so weak!
A human vs LEgands and myths !!! I don't think he can defeat a medusa or minotaur! They are just to powerfull for HUMANS!
