Raelog click = game crash
Hey sorry I'm having trouble with the latest version of this mod:
Every time I click on Raelog the game crashes. I was able to kind of get through it in the last scenario of Chapter 1 but Chapter 2 is literally unplayable.
Any fix?
Edit: nvm seems to be working now in 64 bit mode.

@dredknight - thx for a tip, it helped
But... I am frustrated about other thing. I set the game with taxes on. After some time I managed to build quite good army and hero at 18 lvl.
However whenever I have mostly 10-40 units at levels 1-6, the enemy AI managed to get hundreds. Level one up to 999, where level six up to 50.
It is not possible to do that. Is it possible to finally cut cheating of AI? What's the point of that? Now I have to run MHS to cheat my army.
I am not sure if "casual game" was on or off. Anyway, AI cheats enormously and honestly I do not believe that with casual game on, it won't.

Hello Forsberg,
I do not believe anyone has tested the game balanve with Taxes vs AI so I would advise not using them. I am not sure if they apply to AI and even if they apply and AI goes to 0 gold its army will continue to increase because of the % boost per week it has been given to him.
If AI is still strong with Casual Mode - @magnomagus can advise on how to make it weaker (in amount of army) if possible.

If it works on a saved game that would be great, but if not, it must be tested on a new game to be sure.
@Forsberg:
casual game means really no cheats unless restart mission is used, but I don't know if taxes works for AI, maybe not, cannot check.

How does elven racial ability interact with martial arts? Does it stack multiplicatively or additively?

Why does AI sometimes act so dumb in some scenarios? For example
* it does NOT move with creatures, if it has much stronger army (i.e. 8 ghosts vs 1k gremlins, 200 mages, 500 gargoyles ...)
* it does not do anything, if all your units are in stealth mode
* it does not move optimally
* it does not use stacks optimally (i.e. 1 unit stacks for blocking)
* it seems like it ignores units abilities (i.e. attacks vampires, even if they can heal everything back on their turn)
* it seems like it ignores hero magic (i.e. hero can resurrect only one stack, so its optimal to split the damage between two stacks)
How many turns does the AI look ahead anyway?

the answer to the rest of your questions is: because it isn't any better and cannot be modified.
You can try using the old AI by playing with utility.exe, since I know it is more aggresive and doesn't have the invisibility problem, but you will not have 8 skills and shorter turn time.

If it cannot be modified, how did you create the new version, which is faster and has 8 skills?

That was done by Quantomas, who worked for Nival or Ubisoft and had the source code. He is now working for completely new AI for TOE and does no longer work on this one.

AI leprechaun/windmill/etc contracts
Hey I'm playing in the latest patch and whenever the AI visits leprechaun/windmill/etc, i get the pop up message on my end. I think pressing "ok" doesn't actually subtract gold but just giving a heads up.

@magnomagus: I tried the modified exe on a saved game with the cursor flickering issue, and it was still present. Don't have time at the moment to start a new game and wait until it might happen again. Will let you know when I have tested it.

@magno some feedback from FB.
- Is it possible to modify description of "empowered spells" perk to explain which damaging spells will be empowered as it does not work for all of them.
- I got 2 complaints about Necro campaign mission "The Attack"
a) where the player is using Markal hero. When Markal fights a group of Death knights none join the hero (his specialization is 50% +2% per level of undead join the hero before the battle). I asked the player to try if it does not work on other undead units or it is just Death knights.
The above issue appeared on one specific stack - other undead units and death knights are joining to the hero. I believe this is intended so we leave this.
b) After completing the mission the artifact the hero was carrying (necromancers necklace) was not present on the next mission.

It was the hero of the Necropolis - Giovanni.
This player always takes the logistics and only this hero didn't receive movement points.
If you want, you can update the names of creatures on the game creation screen (description appears after right-clicking on the city - screen: https://www.dropbox.com/s/h5tjdagud43ekb6/Akademia1.jpg?dl=0).

Very strange. Either the Polish localisation is richer in this place, or it is due to an unofficial Polish patch containing language fixes.
