11. Man! You are very damn close to answer! But it does not have to be "original spell cost" - just imbuing is excluded.

I don't know the formula,in my experience,the cost may be
40*0.5*0.5*0.55=5.5,round down to 5
5*0.75=3.75,round down to 3
3*0.8=2.4,round down to 2
so the cast is 2
with the Erratic Mana,then gain 1 mana after cast,so the last cost is 1,decrease 39

8.You miss only Raelag but your answer is almost-full, so you get point for this one.
11.Yes! This is exactly what we've asked about! (it was not tested but do two Sar Issus rings' decreasement stack?) You get point for this one too!

You probably had guessed that by now but the quiz thread will become inactive for the near future. Apparently exams and other stuff are undermining our efforts in entertaining you!  It is unclear when we will continue right now but we will keep you posted.
At this point I have to thank the rest of the team for the support and the times they covered for me( ) but also you for keeping the thread alive!
Hope to see you again in a future round

Author's Final Note:
Although this post was primarily intended for HyDrA as he was the coordinating moderator of the quiz until alcibiades came to wield the moderator sword, I am reposting what I said to him in our HCM conversation:
The quiz of Ashan is coming to a halt - mainly due to lack of time at the moment and lack of good questions and inspiration. It should recover some time in future when more info is known and even our lovely expansion comes to retail. We all know how many of you loved it. Maybe you will prove to have the initiative to take it all over to yourself, carrying this heavy load of fun and sharing it with everyone interested, but until braveheart arrives, we thank you for the feedback, the times and the joy.
Now, for the prizes. We had settled on the 70 zone a while earlier, but it seems (as it seemed) impossible. We did not reveal there will be any but there certainly were.
It is clearly visible from 24 pages of worthy material (almost) that some should righteously earn QPs for becoming the top gamers. Zombielord should get one for he won after these sets of rounds these two months. He helped with questions and was always active. Ma_trix came closely behind but he not only competed, but also joined us to help - he is worthy of his 1st quality point alone for both jobs despite the workload he has. Elvin and I were glad he joined. Alcibiades - we thanked him highly for giving us some inspiration in mid-season when we all were at our zenith.
TheDeath, Phinex and Shauku83 (sfidanza is a mod so he counts not in the prize giveaway sequence  sorry dude) should rest under moderator's own behalf as we are not too sure if to hand out this many quality points or not - they have proven steady effort into the thread and undermining their effort is out of place for I believe ignorance should not be applied to a thread of such value. All is dedicated for the moderators of this forum to decide.
I personally would like to apologize Phinex for not including his puzzles. He offered his help with his map-based puzzles and questions but we were kind of ignorant as we were on the run and did not really invest that much time into inspecting his offer. Phinex, may you run your own humble and interesting puzzle contest soon (maybe even here, in this thread who knows!) 
This quiz turned out to be successful, great and valuable in the end. Searching it through people may find answers to MANY questions that may trouble them or prove interesting. Lovely

I just want to say thanx to you guys for making this a great and entertaining event - that goes to the arrangers as well as to the participants! I understand now is a busy town for most of us with examns coming up, but who knows, maybe we will see a new round of quizzing after the summer, when the addon comes out?
I will un-sticky this thread in a weeks time, until the quiz might become active again.
