I think it might bring some of them back, I still talk to people and I know that right now the attitude is "why bother" about HC, and so far I really haven't had any good answers to give to that question...
It would be fun too, just to be able to get to know each other again without the kids wandering about - and to be able to talk about subjects that aren't PG.
I really can't stress enough how much this would mean to me being here - I now feel completely out of place in this Community. I miss the old days of Tosser's Tavern and Elves in underwear...Lately I just feel like there's nothing for me here. I guess I could talk about american politics (gahhhh) ohh, and then I could be mocked for being Canadian some more... *sigh*

MM, please stop removing my penalty. William hasn't whined about it too much, so why should we care? He's one QP further from floodprotect, after all.

Dude, I'd really prefer if we were just like not trying to encite him. As much as I don't want to see him have no flood protection, I can't be unfair. Or at least look like we're being fair.
We need to sick Dragon Slayer on him again.  lol

Last time who did it? I took the one away in WoG... even Zielevitz tried to make me put it back, lol I'm teh evil one here, quit trying to steal my thunder.
New rule though, if you wanna penalize someone its gotta be yer own forum!

I agree with Pan, any penalties should be in our own respective forums. So I've removed it. As far as I can tell the only Mod he botherd to complain to was RSF which is kinda odd if you ask me. I'm surprised he didn't utilize the feedback thread in Other Games or start harassing me with HCM's again.
God I'm glad he stopped doing that. Who the hell seriously wants to see HCM complaints all the time.
But anyway, I sent him an HCM saying it was an "accident" and thet I "didn't even know about it"
Maybe I should give him another one just to see how he reacts.

Don't you guys get bored with this? When I did it, it was only because his spamming was out of control - and it seemed the easiest way to stop him from replying to every single thread.
How about from now on, instead of penalizing people right away, what we do is just delete their posts. It might help to keep the forums running smoother - and if they see that every time they post it gets deleted, maybe they won't bother coming back...

Grr, fine. I'll give him the penalty in Glade. Or, better yet, we could take away one of his QPs and see if he notices. *goes off to do so*
By the way, we have some kid whining about censorship here. Someone should probably say something before he freaks out and turns into another victim complex member on a crusade against the evil mods.
EDIT: William had no QPs in the Glade, so I just stole one of his QPs from the Tavern.

I just spoke to 2Xtreme tonight. He said he was updating an old solo thread of his. And I told him that was cool. But that Glade freaking sucks ass.
And then I realized that it's hopeless. No one wants to put in the effort to make Glade worth it anymore. The sad part is that I don't think anyone really knows how worth it Glade can really be. It's hopeless.
Edit: Whoever moved the censorship thread to wastelands. That was awesome. Now I can spam it. Man check that out. I've been wanting put idiots in their place for a long time.

Well this dumbass Impact decided to start a flame war with Aculias and people didn't seem to like him so much. I gave him a warning to not cause anymore trouble and he didn't listen, so I told him to cool off and I silenced him for 12 hours.

Glade can be cool - the problem is that its really intimidating for new people to jump in a lot of the time. Solve that problem, and you can fix the Glade.
As for iMPACT - we're sure this kid isn't FortressFan using some IP switcher thingamabobber? He truly is an idiot... reminds me of FF that way.
I dunno what else to say, except that I'm so sick of coming online and seeing nothing but crap. Sorry Valeriy I know that I promised a more positive attitude, but wow its gotten bad. It seems that these kids find that acting up is some sort of status booster...
We really need to start brainstorming and come up with something to get things back on track. And no - I don't just mean wearing out the penalty and silence buttons (which we've been just rocking at btw lol)

I agree, something needs to be done. I can tell it's gotten bad now because the only reason I get on HC anymore is to IP check newbs and post in here. In the end, it just seems so pointless to argue with the kiddies, so maybe we should start allowing some of the more mature members into HQ and just never post anywhere else.
