RSF, watch it with Kooka. Leave gracefully at least if you're so sick of it. Really lately from you just whines and insults. Calling people "dumbass" in the forums does not set a good example.
And Kooka, watch it with Shadow  You do need to get a feel of how everyone mods before accusing them. Except RSF  See, he even apologised!!! 
And also Kooka relax, we'll let you in on a secret. iMPACT is MightyMage's little creation hidden from IP check with my assistance  So there's nothing personal, he was just "blending in" The plan is to set iMPACT lose on the 1st of April and have a bit of fun. I should also have ADAM ready by then. That's the reason I still don't have time to reply to the adult forum idea, so bear with me on this. ADAM could really cut spam like no human mod sword holder can. Btw, having fun with iMPACT will also be a good test of ADAM's abilities, and on the special day you can curse however you like with him, we'll give you all iMPACT's pass  @MM - if you even fooled mods with this, noone is going to suspect a thing!
I'll have to be away over the weekend - got Tai Chi, 5 hours of dance meditation and family dinner So I'll also program ADAM to release the mods spam thread just like we planned. That'll give 'em something to talk about, they'll think ADAM malfunctioned!!!!
Seriously, ADAM is coming together so well that once you see it go all of you will forget about quitting. Kiddies will shiver and tremble when they hear the word "ADAM" whispered in the winds of HC....
EDIT: Banned DM IP and 4 usernames. Can't wait to complete and release ADAM

Okay so Unhackable (aka Knight Dougal) says that he can't give me back my password, because his account was hacked and he no longer has his password.
I personally don't completely believe him and he's annoying, so I'm gonna have to be a hypocrite and pull a Shadowcaster on this one. 
Now just have to send him an IM.
Oh Val, supposedly you can get the password off KD's old account, so I can get my avatar back? Yes?
Edit: Just read Val's post. LOL at ADAM. Yeah that thing is gonna work alright.
Aw, but Glade is completely dead. All I have left of modding is penalizing, silencing and making fun of dumbasses. And even that's getting dull. All these noobs are just the same. It's like the movie Dawn of the Dead. All us moderators are trapped inside the mall. With all the zombies outside. They all look the same after a while too. Hell we don't even have any QP Hunters anymore. I haven't heard a thing for months now. Haven't seen any of those stupid QPs in a forum threads. God those were a waste of time. I'm still pissed that TNT got like 5 QPs for that. Members ran around making those stupid threads for months begging for QPs when they didn't get them.
@Val - Fine I won't call people dumbasses anymore... in public. I'll only do it here.

Look maybe there are people in the Temple that will actually try and so your efforts might go somewhere. But to be honest. Posting in Glade isn't gonna do squat. You'd know that if you'd been visiting the forum and trying to revive it for the past 2 years. Sometimes it goes somewhere when people actually feel like trying. The other times, people just go inactive on you and ruin the thread.
Tell me who you think would actually be interested in Glade and stay active? One of the newer members. Maybe KD. Haha. Yeah that would go over well. He isn't capable of taking anything seriously.
Ashrah? HoMaM? Those guys are just a couple of spammers that everyone will forget about in 5 months after they go inactive. And besides they haven't even earned any gift noob QPs that mods always hand out to new members. First 2 QPs are basically gimmes and they haven't even put in the effort to get that. So no point in bothering there.
Maybe one of the older members? William? Sure he's interested, but he'd scare off any other potential HC members like the plague.
I could try to get TNT to do it, but he hasn't put any effort into one of his posts since he created his 8th Every QP in this forum thread. Yep his QP Hunting days are over, so no point in even bothering to ask if he wants to join.
Should I continue? Who do you think would possibly be interested and willing to make any sort of committment out of the pool of members that are currently active?

I'm not sure if I'll be around much for April Fool's - but have fun and please try not to make tooooooo much of a mess lol. Somehow I always end up playing the janitor when you kiddos are done having your fun
btw - what if we start an all mod RP about the goings on around here? maybe it'd be a fun way to get people reading again - and it would also be a way of letting them know what we think of them under the guise of RP hehe

Wait, did I miss something from Curent Thingies 4? What the hell is up with this ADAM thing. I thought you were messing with us when you mentioned what, like sometime last year since you seem to lurk like Shadowcastor lately. Well whatever, do what you want.
As far as iMPACT, why did you ruin that? I was gonna have a field day on April Fools. All of you guys would have gone crazy handing out penalties.

Ironically, you give the answer yourself in your post, even though maybe you refuse to face it. And I understand, you've been king of your little kingdom for so long, and it's nice and fun, but reality is that nobody ever posts there - like you say, nobody but you are interested in keeping it alive? So maybe it's just time to face the reality, that the Glade is dead, and then close it and move the threads to other fora. But now, we wouldn't want that either, would we? Cause where would that leave you?

Listen, Alc. I don't know you that well, but I can assure you that you're not the first self-righteous moderator to come in and vow to change the way HC is run by putting down the others in the squad, and you probably won't be the last either. Sure, sure, you're taking the high road by respecting members, but that road has ALWAYS led to inactivity. Do you really think you're going to fit in with the rest of the moderator team if you aren't willing to get your hands dirty every once in a while? The short answer is no. If you persist on this path, you will drop into obscurity like so many have before and you won't make any difference at all. Given the fact that you applied to moderate here, I don't think you want to be an inconsequential flash in the pan.
Don't get me wrong. You seem like a good guy, but you can't honestly hope to last by alienating yourself from the modsquad because you disagree with a few things. I trust that you'll come around soon enough, though.
About iMPACT, I think you guys should have just kept it a secret. It would have been awesome to have a prank pulled on me for once. I can't help thinking that this prank account is just an excuse to test out ADAM, but it should still be fun regardless.

See, that's the funny thing of all this, you all take it for granted that we have to be here forever. I have no intention to keep modding forever, I want to do it as long as I feel I am able to provide what it takes to get the job done properly, and when the day arrives where that is no longer the case, then I'd rather step down from the post and hand the sword on to another qualified member, which I'm sure there will be.
But yes, I did not come here with any intentions of alienating myself from the group, and I don't see it as my job to clean the mess here, honestly speaking a certain someone else perhaps should start to revise the strategy, so for now, I'm willing just to go for: Let's mind our own business; I'll try to manage the H5 area, and you can do whatever you do in the remainder of the community.

Listen Alc, there are things that you will understand in time - I only hope you'll take that time. Modding definitely looks different after a few years, and you get jaded after watching something you love start to wither.

You guys never want to do anything fun for April Fools. I'm telling you making people think HC was hacked and their accounts and passwords stolen is a great idea. The whole point of a prank is to get people all riled up.
@Alci - Well I just lost a lot of respect for you there. Before I thought you were really about doing the right thing and being nice to people. But clearly you "lower your standards" when someone pisses you off. Stop thinking you're all high and mighty for a moment and realize you're just like the rest of us. You just haven't had your share of pulling out your hair over the retardedness of some of these members.
This job gets to be ****ing mind numbing and the only way to keep things interesting is by being a little mean behind their backs. Trust me if you don't vent, you'll end up quitting just like me and Lich did a couple years ago.
The guys here in the squad keep each others back when things get rough. Once you see a rush of drama and complaints come in, I assure you that you'll change your mind.

@Alc: watch that tone please. We're all trying to make friends with you here, and the way you're talking is completely discrespectful. Don't forget that as a mod you're a noob. Give it six months to a year, then really talk about the way things are run, having experience, not some idealist theory. We're tolerant of your current opinion, which I'm sure you'll review over time, but we won't be tolerant of disrespect.
@RSF: iMPACT and ADAM moving "mods spam too" thread by "accident" should give people some entertainment. You can also have some more fun by provoking people a little bit and watch the ADAM system deal with them before they can peep But seriously, your passwords and hacking idea was just going too far. If you really want an exceptional joke you need to make it something which is fun, but not horrible, and you need to plan it well enough in advance, so it can be planned and prepared. Btw, Acu just made a new post attacking mods, just tip him a little more in the right direction to post a few bad words, and ADAM will be on to him, that will really make him mad Robot mod defending the real mods

Uhm.. okay, so a jokes a joke and all but WTF??? I had no idea that this is what was going to happen - maybe its cuz I mod a lot of forums -- but all this ADAM thing is doing is making way more work for me.

Yes, Val, I'll just wait another year before I post something here, by then I'll probably be fed up with all the crap in the boards so that I don't mind about what a Mod's supposed to do, and then I will probably fit in perfectly with the rest of you. So until then, let's just sit down and be friends, maybe have a bit of soup, which the spammer's run wild - oh, wait, or what about creating our OWN spammer profile, so that we can have a bit of fun? Because when WE do it, it's fun ...
Oh, and yes, nice done with that ADAM, running around and moving threads like crazy, not mentioning handing out random penalties like crazy. Maybe you should have put a bit more effort into its Modding abilities and a bit less into its "human interface", or whatever you called it.

I'm not home and have to log off this shared comp in a min. It does seem like the penalty giving part is a bit unpolished. But your attitude just does not cut it. We put years of work into this place, and it works. Who are you to judge everyone. You seriously talk like someone with a righteous halo on the head.
