RSF - watch the way you talk to her. Being a moderator doesn't mean that the rules about respect don't apply to you too. You should probably take note that everything in the CoC also applies to you.
You can go on about how great you were - and I agree you did make teh place active. Hopefully we can find a way to get things going without telling people "post here and I'll give you QP!" 
I'm just kidding - but seriously - teh respect part is real. No one deserves to be treated that way.

I think you need a new approach to modding. Man Pandora is the only one who does anything on the "other" HC. I am trying not to get mad, but you need to look at what you are really doing yourself before commenting on others. You seem to give alot of advice RSF, how about leading by example.
You are entertained because you are being mean to people here, and that is what makes you happy. You are breaching the CoC for fun, and when that has to stop again, you will go back to being bored, and Pandora will have to clean up the mess.
I don't care how fun it used to be in the 'good ole days'. If it was you, and not the members that've left that caused this, then the place would still be fun - duhr. {In case that you can't understand what I meant here - IT WASN"T YOU THAT MADE THE PLACE LIVE - it is a community}
There are 3 mods in the Glade, yet the place is dead. You come up with ideas in there and never follow through with them. You send HCMs saying "how to keep a thread going", but you can't do this yourself it seems.
I can't remember seeing anything in the last 12 months that you initiated that actually went anywhere. Let's not live in the past, maybe you should just leave and let someone like TA, or another regular there step forward and actually get their hands dirty.
Even William has done more for the Glade than you have in the last 12 months.
So before you start blahing about this and that and how to be a good mod, and boo hoo, I have given up but it is fun to bash people, do something worthwhile.
GROW UP.

Okay let's be serious. William hasn't done more than me in Glade then I have lol.
And its not my fault if every single person who visits Glade decides to just give up after posting twice. I do a good job getting people interested, way better than anyone else does. And that's all you can do. The rest is luck that they'll be good posters and stay active.
But I don't even care anymore. I'm done after April Fools, which blows this year, cause you guys don't wanna do anything fun.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. I never thought my respect for you as a member would slip, but what makes you think you have the right to come in here and sling accusations at the Glade mods when you have no idea how much we've done, especially RSF, in trying to get people excited about the same things that drove us to moderate that forum in the first place? People just don't want to put in the effort, and you couldn't even begin to know how hard we work behind the scenes to get people involved. Yet, time and time again, we'll only have 4 or 5 members respond at all, and even less stick around to see the RP start. So don't even begin to think you know all about us Glade mods.
As for me personally, most of what I do I don't toot my horn about. I'm not a visual moderator, and I'm sure that goes for some of the other mods as well. Sure, it's nice to have mods like Pan and RSF getting involved by posting incessantly, but you have to respect that fact that other mods like me just don't have the will to go out and post every five minutes. I'm here to do my job, and that's it. If Pan were the only one doing any work on our side of the forum, you could be sure I wouldn't be sticking around simply for the shield and sword.
I think you have a lot to learn about what it means to work with this mod squad. You can't simply run in here and judge others when you know nothing about them.

Yeah, you Glade Mods suck.
Don't forget Kooka, until Lith rejoined the squad I was Modding Other Games (speciffically William and Trogdor) by myself. Shortly after it was opened for business, Asmodean disapeared. So Pan isn't the only Other Mod who does anything around here. No Offence to Pan who I highly respect for all the hard work she does not only in the "other" forums but everywhere else as well.

I was driving to work and realised that my post to RSF could have been seen as an attack on all three of you. That wasn't my intention, and for that I am truly sorry.
I know Panda isn't the only mod here doing stuff, I just feel that she is attacked and used as an example of insufficient modding, and that is weak. She does do a lot, and because the forums she mods do require a lot of cleaning this does take a great deal of her 'mod time'.
I come here to escape, and to have fun. It hasn't been fun here lately - I have barely been reading the boards.
RSF has been patronising to me for a long time. Lately he has started doing this on the boards - to the extent that I had other members comment on why he had it in for me - e.g. the 2006 Awards, his post saying he didn't understand my thread {in tavern}, etc.
I feel bullied, and I don't like it. I am going through some RL crap atm and just snapped after seeing other posts he has made belittling Pandora too, and the "shut up". {I don't talk to people that way}.
This is aside from Impact calling me an idiot, making sexiest comments, boring, and the other abuse. Saying it is a joke doesn't make it any less hurtful - there are ways to have fun without making people feel bad. This is just RSF right? Sure, but I am tired of feeling too scared to stand up to bullies just to keep the peace.
The william comment was a joke btw.
My issue wasn't with RSF's contribution as a mod, his passion for the Glade is evident and strong, just about his bagging of others.
I am sorry for this negativity and blah.
I am happy to have my Modship enulled. {I don't need to resign because I haven't actually had the time to do anything yet }. There is a bad taste in my mouth, and maybe it would be best for everyone this way.
Btw MM, you are an awesome poster - Old Salties was a tavern RP that was really cool for a while there, and you always make an effort to create interesting posts and threads. They really do stand out.
I don't even know you people, and feel even further from you now. I hope all this won't make you feel bad towards me forever.
Also, feel free to delete all my posts here after the other mods have had the chance to read them.

Quitting on the job the first day? You can't be serious. You'll do fine as mod. Plus you're the only one here who actually would want to moderate Other Side or the ICTC forum. Only time I ever go in Other Side is to check RL Photos thread. And only time I've gone into ICTC was earlier today when I was trying to figure out when KD had posted last cause that piece of crap stole my avatar.
And that 2006 Awards thread. The plan was to work backwards starting from 2006. Then 2005. Then 2004. Etc. Must you women always read way too much into everything and take it the wrong way? V_V
My post was pretty face value. Let's look at this objectively for a moment. You have read a lot of 2006 threads. You are a good poster. Even though you aren't right now, you CAN be objective an analytical. Therefore you would make a good panelist. Plus I would have expected that you'd be the first person to jump on that and volunteer, since you are usually one to participate.
So as a conclusion. Don't be a silly pessimist. And... umm... Don't be a silly pessimist that takes things the wrong way. >_>

Has anyone noticed this member fcuk - The intentions behind his name are obvious... I don't much like it.  Seeing it there might also serve to inspire other members to try to create a similar name and with our SPAM level being as high as it is, that could just be a pain.

Yeah he sent me to the French Connection UK website and said it was designer jeans. He's a toher and that's his toh name, so I just said to hell with it and let him have his name.
I doubt he'll do much posting outside the toh forum, since no one ever comes out of the toh forum to say anything.

Pan and I had a DM sighting as well. He decided to see if we noticed him here then he headed over to Other Games and asked if he could swear here. I think I sufficiently answered him with a penalty.
