Alright guys we're starting to SPAM this thread up too much. You know what happens when Val sees us goofing around in the Mod Squad.

I must admit that I'm quite surprised and more than a tad dissapointed at reading this. I understand that certain forumers can grate on the nerves of long-time members of the community, but I also thought that the role of Moderators was to somehow stand above that. And I know this is my first day here, and I'm very new and unexperienced, and probably will seem very naïve after this post, but I just didn't believe things actually went this way in this forum. And it gives me kind of a strange taste in my mouth, when Will asked me the other day what my oppinion was about the thing, and I said that it must be a mistake like RSF said. And yes, I know I'm just polishing my halo, but I don't like having to lie to him, or any other user, about things like this, just to cover your asses for you, sorry, childish fun and petty revenge.
Guess this will make me de-modded after just one day. :S

Pan, drop that talk about quitting please. After all the special priveleges that you've gotten you're the one wanting to quit. No other mod ever got paid here. I didn't want to say this "in public", but I just want everyone to see how ungrateful you're being and I hope that you come to some senses and reconsider. I'm not talking about the adult forum until this is clarified and settled.
And Alc, cmon, surely you suspected something, didn't you? You can't be all goody goody and run this place for nothing without a bit of fun. I mean yes, all of us are good and honest, but sometimes people just get to you, and I would much rather sneak a few -QP to certain members than having myself or the moderators dealing with their useless spam sprees. I know this attitude might be a bit of a shock to you, I'd be shocked as well in your place, if I found this out too suddenly, but we can't tell a non-moderator these things. As a moderator you're under a confidentiality agreement, so please respect the privacy of all that you know, after all this was given to you as a privelege. And you don't have to do the things that you don't like other moderators doing, just let it cool, maybe in a few weeks or months you'll see the complete picture and understand us. See, even kooka was surprised, but looks like she's taking it nice and easy, eh kooka?

Actually, to be serious we're turning this thread into a spam thread...We should stop.
None of you need to worry about me quitting, that's between me and Valeriy and we'll fix it.
Seriously Alc, you need to understand (and you soon will) the huge volumes of BS we have to deal with. You tend to get a little bit bitter. We respect your opinion when it comes to disagreeing with other members of the mod-squad - but you do have to always keep in mind that any differences you may have with us should be resolved here - or in private HCM.
It is important that all of the moderators stay united. Sometimes it is difficult, you may or may not recall the banning of Sir_Stiven... Also I once had an issue with another moderator named Wolfman, we managed to keep it in the squad and it didn't get nearly as bad as it may have. Please understand that while this may seem silly and unneccasry, it is very important to how the members percieve us as a whole.
Please HCM me if you would like to talk more in private, I'm happy to help you out however I can... the first week of adjusting to anything new can be tricky - but you'll be great!

God I remember when KittenAngel just started attacking all the other mods and brought it on the forums. I don't know if it's ever been that bad.
Trust me that wasn't fun. Lich quit over that crap. But yeah when I first started modding, people just wouldn't shut the hell up. There's always something to complain about. I quit over that crap too. Along with the whole KittenAngel BS.
But I came back and things were run a bit differently. It seems like people actually shut the hell up now. So yeah trust me. It's better this way.

I still say you had it all wrong when it came to quitting over KittenAngel. You should have done what I did and collected evidence until she got fired, it wasn't hard...I mean, I understand how much she upset you all - but why would you quit? I still don't get it. After what she did to Aculias though.... 'nuff was enough.
Anyways, no reason to talk about her anymore.
Everyone should always be honest here - its best. Follow all the rules and guidelines, read the Intro thread - please please please post in the suggestions thread!!
Maybe with new blood we really can get this place going again!

How many forums does she currently moderate? Like if I get my name up on the board as the moderator of a few more forums will I start collecting a paycheck? I'm tired of getting a bill every month for "sword rental".
