Well now, who would have guessed, but the thing actually works. But so, I hope this will give the regular members an interesting view into how things are in the MSHQ ... Aculias, I guess this is for you a wet dream come true, so enjoy it. And well, if you think I'm too boring, too bad, but from my point of view, there was not much to laugh about after I entered the HQ. Guess this will be a last gesture to make up for that.

Look at the mods' seemingly monolithic power structure. With everything that was said here, I believe what Acu said in his threads. HC is dying. Why are the mods trying to torture it to death?

Mods...
Well, reading this thread kind of shocked me.
I don't know what exactly happens there, in the Mod Squad Headquarters, but now I have a clue.
It's just... Isn't nice. The way you treat regular users, like it's okay to lie to them, to work on them, to be evil to them, only becuase they aren't moderators, and anyway, they won't know it... As I said, just isn't nice.
I don't think that we desrve this kind of treatment. Mainly William. You would treat him totally differently if he opens a new account, with different IP, etc.
And iMPACT is MightyMage?
You just work on all of us. Mabey it's just a joke, but it make me, and mabey others, to feel stupid.
I thought about how to help him, to make him a better user, to help him change himself.
And I've found that it's just MM, that made me look like a perfect idiot.
I thought you all are more mature then that.

I think it's time for a change in some of the areas in this community. Like Vokial said, the community is here for the users, not for the Moderators. And I understand that the modsquat was a big happy family, but there has also been a lot of problems with the old members leaving the board etc. like Vasilev said, and the way you have acted simply will not make it better, quite on the contrary, I think what's needed is a group of mods that go outside the HQ to encourage the normal members to contribute to the community. And I know Val will do nothing about it because he's himself too busy and fed up with the regular caretaking and he needs you to do it, but that's just not good enough. So even though it was a crappy thing to do, I did this to get things moving, because I think that's what needs to happen.

Well if that's how you really feel then that just one thing for me to do.
Since this is Current Thingies I can't think of any better place then this to voice my public apologies to everyone who may have been offended by any of may actions or words.
It was wrong of me to do many of the things that I have done and I sincerely regret the harsh words I have used on many of the members here. As a Moderator and a Hero of Order I was out of line and did not live up to the responsibilities that were given to me. I'm sorry to have to ruin everyone's April Fools Day but I can't think of how it could get much worse at this point.
As of today I will be resigning from the Mod Squad and returning my sword and shield to Val. I don't expect the thank-you QP's he normally gives to exiting moderators as I do not believe they are deserved.
All I ask is for your forgiveness, you the members and my fellow moderators and of course Val.

Don't be a wiener. The only thing that's happened is that I'm no longer consumed with wondering what goes on in ModSquad HQ. It's funny but there's just a little less magic in the world now.
