Not in the Manual, and HOMM RP.
I would have chosen Guess the game by the Picture, but I didn't, because I see that the homm rp has a lot of potential in becoming bigger and better then the other thread.

My vote goes for Tossers Tavern 
Of course - I can't imagine how on earth you expect to define what the best threads are... "best" means a lot of things to a lot of people, I mean, there is the Attack Iraq thread, many threads by The Hydra and so many gems by Bort etc that illustrate the very different types of people we have here, and threads that suit all of the different moods etc...

I doubt I had very much involvement in any of the popular "best threads" listed here. Most of my nominations would be shunned as minor league by the masses. I've been a bit player, or like they say in the music business, indie.

Basicly, I agree.
I just don't think that this argument goes against the open poll.
We want to find the most popular threads-those who people consider them "the best".
As you know, appearance of popular threads on AoH site is extremely important.
Knowing what people like the most is great-we'll know what might bring people to HC.

You cannot get peoples votes on the best thread, seeing as though there are sooo many, and that there are over 6000 members here, it would just take forever.
But bearing in mind that not all 6000 members still post or come here
