I'm assuming it works like giving it a spell. It is added just in the same way as adding a spell. Changing caster from false to true then adding a spell ID. Verification?

My new question: Is it possible to rip the endgame cutscene after winning the battle against the Sovereign from HoMM V Vanilla, and replay it in TotE?

Mm, yes, I imagine it is.  I should test things a little and see if it can be done as you suggest.  Do you already know how to open dialog scenes in the Editor?

the war cry "fear my roar" doesn't appear in the spellbook. I guess it's the same for other war cries.
imbued arrows can be given to a creature, but doesn't work.

I mean,I know is Ghost dragon but without incorporeal(does not make sense to me).So how can I chnage the name to Horror dragon or reaper dragon not only at the dragon but also at the buildings and dwelings?

PS;I changed ghost dragon's ablilities to plus Frightfull aura.

If it is hard to change all text, than i have to think about puttin incoporeal to GD.

XP Multiplier for TotE?

I've stated this question in a seperate thread so that if I upload the file I mention I could post a link in that thread, but Vokial colsed it, so I ask it here again and open a new thread for it if there's interest for what I'd like to share.
Does anybody know if there's an "XP multiplier" mod for TotE? You know, when you kill monsters, you get more XP than originally. I know there was such a mod for vanilla H5.
I ask this because I've made an XP doubler for this expansion and if I know there's no such thing made yet, I'd be glad to share it with the community.

Ok thanks in advance im VERY new to modding and have some very basic questions and i either and to stupid to see the answers here or they arnt, so sorry in advance if these are double questions from other posts.

To change things in your game you need to use win rar on your data.pak file and in there you can change thing like creature abilties ect... i read the wiki page to help we with this.  What im wondering is after im done editing these files do i re-zip the data.pak file back up?  or so i leave it expanded? also lets say i screw everything up or i want the game to go back to normal, can i hit like a go back to default button or do i have to reinstall? I am pretty shure the changes you make in the data.pak file are permanent addition to the game ya? or is it like different?  Thank you so much for your help you guys are awesome at this site!

Data modification

Yes, that's right, you have to extract data.pak, but it's much easier to save your mod; you don't have to change anything in THAT file. Once you have everything extracted, get the files you'll tweak out of your newly-made subdirs. Place them somewhere else, PRESERVING FOLDER STRUCTURE (this is important!). Tweak anything you'd like, and then zip all directories in which, or in a subdir of which, you modified anything, into a new file. What the extension has to be depends on your game.
-If you're on H5/HoF, it has to be .h5m (p.e. Mymod.h5m) and be placed inside the Maps folder of your game.
-If you use TotE, name it .h5u (like Mymod.h5u) and place it in UserMODs folder.
You're ready to play your new mod and if you don't like it, you just have to delete the mod file!

Thanks for the reply, unfortunatly i still dont understand.  So let me tell you what i did.  I copied the file to a new folder called "blah" there i unzipped the data.pak folder.  Now a have all the files and stuff i want to edit and i can figure it all out from there. so when im done i do what? rezip it and rename it (to what?) and keep it in the folder "blah" or copy it over the origional file in the heroes/data folder? thanks for the help.

You ONLY need to re-package those folders in which you modified something (p.e. if you changed some units stats, then you have to repackage the GameMechanics subfolder, but you'll only need to have Creature\Creatures\<Any folders in which you modified something> packed in there). Repackage them to any compressed file format (e.g. zip, rar, 7z, anything) and then change the extension of the new file to either .h5m (H5/HoF) or .h5u(TotE) and place the file in the corresponding folder. Then you may as well delete the Blah folder.

Just download any old mod and look inside - when you mod your own game you have to make one of these modfiles, just with the correct files and folder structure. Files should be packed into a zip, not rar etc. I think.
