Next time tell her: it is not a party where you drink yourself senseless

oh and when you drink you get horny, don't blame her for that!

Because. I. Don't. Like. It.

Because. It. STINKS. Literally. People stink of piss after one beer. I don't give a damn when I'm with guys, but with a girl I'm meant to hug and kiss? Yuck. No thanks. Vodka and stronger stuff smells even worse.

I seriously can't stand the stench of alcohol. It always smells like vomit to me

Agreeing with Aza here..

Yes some people always drink just to get drunk.

But there are people out there who can control themselves - Yes, chicks can be very uncharming when drunk but then you get drunk and then you forget about it!

Drinking is no problem in my eyes. learning to control it of course is something everyone should learn

Ah ok, that's a entirely different story from "That's why I hate drinking chicks." though. While I feel MM's pain I guess we all know that his situation isn't too common.

And hmm... what can I say? I like alcohol. One just needs to know how to deal with it.

And yeah while we're at it:
Quote:
chicks can be very uncharming when drunk

The same goes for us too you know. It's just that men usually are all: "OMG HE BOOB GRABBED THE WAITRESS!! HE'S SUCH A MANLY MAN!! YO DUDE CHECK THIS OUT *epic fart* WOAW MAN!! RESPECT!" but from the outside I'm pretty sure we look just as retarded and "uncharming" as any other drunken female.

EDIT: hmmm... maybe I exagerrated a bit... the farts usually aren't epic they're probably pretty lousy but given the common intoxication/drunkness level everything suddenly becomes A LOT MORE FUNNY .

When under the influence of alcohol the boarders tend to... fade a little.

But yes if you want to be very picky: Naturally I was exagerating. Just look at MMs story and you'll see that men are easily capable of such feats and beyond that depending on just how intoxicated they are.

It's not just the smell for me, though. The very fact of female getting intoxicated is very.. unwomanly to me. It's like cursing: doesn't suit a lady.

Does it suit a man? I don't care one bit. I'm still straight.

Good luck finding your sleeping princess. If you'll find two of them hand one over to me

Seriously though, form your posts I can say that this is exactly like stating person XYZ has to meet ABC requirements without 123 feats before he can be my friend (or for me to like him/her). I deem this VERY immature. I used to think that way too but life continued to constantly prove me wrong. People eveywhere are very similar, but every one of them has their own special feel.
I couldn't get along with 'loud' persons for a long time, but after I went studying to another city I almost instantly made some friends among that type. Maybe it was I who changed? After 6 months I went back home and I still couldn't find any common ground with those which I knew before.

The point is - you can't scrap people from your area of interest just because "the requirments aren't met", everyone is worth giving a shot. That's the way to fight stereotypes and closed-mindness in my opinion.

If I misunderstood, please correct me.

DF, you should learn that most fairytale princesses, which you seem to look for, are always shallow.

How does drinking make women unwomanly? Having a glass of wine makes them unattractive? Or do you just mean it when they are drunk? Why would it be okay for guys to drink then? Where's the gender equality in that? (Not that there's such thing in this world. And most people would hate it if there was. But that's off topic.)

I can agree with you about the drunk woman to some extent. But what if the woman is just stoned and acts like she is but doesn't smell. Would it change your opinion?

On a random note:
Do you know what's one do the most mind breaking things that can happen to you?
Being in the army and knowing your not going anywhere for three weeks when a gorgeous woman with whom you're in a casual relationship calls you that she'd be coming to town next week and asks if you had any plans for the weekend.

Now you know how I've felt for the last week. Absolutely perfect!  'cause everyone would always choose a week of long distance recon in the woods over a weekend of continuous hot sex anyways...

I shall continue my breakdown for the next week. You all have fun.

veco: It has nothing to do with requirements. I just won't get along with something that bothers me. If I can't stand the smell, I can't. Would you date a girl whose breath smelled? I wouldn't. I would be repelled. Does that make me immature? Don't make me laugh

I don't really give a damn whether her hair will be dark or red. But some traits, I find unacceptable. There is nothing immature in searching for the person you like, respect and understand, I think. If there's anything immature, it's clinging to the nearest person, accepting all the flaws, waiting for the "love" to come, feeling lonely despite being in relationship, because of fear of being alone, in other words, your common teenager's behavior.

Being drunk makes them unattractive. Having a glass of wine is fine, as long as it's a wine that doesn't smell of pig ****. I wouldn't mind one or two beers, but I can't stand the smell, so in the end, I do mind it.

Quote:

I'm a man and I look for what I find attractive in girls, and I don't give a damn about whether it's ok for men to drink or not. It's girls' business to like it or not, not mine. If they find drinking men attractive, it's their call. Equality is here: Both sides can have their own requirements and they should respect that. I'm fine with girls having requirements too. If I don't meet them, fine. No big deal.

It's about behavior then. If she giggles and acts totally wacko, I find it annoying. If she's "stoned", I find it annoying too. What's wrong with that?

Oh, please, every adult in the world is still a kid.
Just look at our politicians, soldiers, idols, scientists, average joe that gets drunk, average woman, blablabla

The only defining trait of maturity to me is accepting responsibility. And how is clinging on to someone not responsible for you, if your (or her) mental health depended on it?
