Bah Im shure you know that. Ok, so ill try to figure something out, and if that wont work, ill upload the creature for you to see the problem
@Edit: I was looking for a reason, and found, that the editor doesnt open any of new creatures i make now. So, can i PM to you with the creature, so you can see if it works for you?
@Edit2: Ha! Ive replaced the goblin in game mechanics with my creature, so my creature should replace it (). What i got was a broken game and no goblin in editor. But when i deleted the file the goblin was revived. I guess im doing it wrong Better find out what is wrong then.
@Edit3: Ok i found it! I put false instead of true in hide in editor Thats all, now it works.
Ok so last question: how to pack the files, since some of the NCFs are .h5u, while you want it to be .pak?

.pak is the best.
because the editor only reads .pak
none of NCF can be read by the editor if its format is h5u
this is the main difference.
NCFs with h5u were been made in a moment where this information was rather unknown.
NOTE
A creature is NCF only if the <Creature> tag contained in the monstershared file is between
CREATURE_180 and CREATURE_999
if you replace a creature by another one but the new creature continues to use a <Creature>
tag already existing in the original game then this creature is not a NCF.
anyway a NCF must not interfere with original creatures.
so a MOD that replaces a creature by another is not « NCF ».

bravo for your NCF
I admit it's a nice work, especially for game play,
the "statue" animation for the idle is really funny.
I think you have a good imagination and you should continue and release others NCF.
only one small thing however,
the <CreatureTown> tag in the GameMechanics must be TOWN_NO_TYPE and
the <BaseCreature> tag must be CREATURE_UNKNOWN
that changes nothing about the story of the creature but these tags are serious.
Your creature is not available in haven towns, is not an upgrade and none of haven creatures
can upgrade it-self to your creature.
I imported your creature in the RTMG and during the scan, RTMG had to automatically redefine these tags
with the good values.
the best is providing the good values already in the MOD.
a little but important detail.
btw, I liked the creature from the first fight with it
it's "shure" you know how to make NCF.
