Very good! I was looking for it too.
Currently building NCF mod page on Moddb so we can keep those things alive and probably do some refactoring on the creatures (and add new one) if needed.

For example a beta version Skull Shadows mod is exchanging all 8 cities on other with new units

I am personally most interested in the NCF adaptation to Heroes 5.5 mod (for example need to change amount of mana creatures - other cost of spells).
With an amazing tool (mapmixer) made by Cichy NCF gives new possibilities.

NCF OFFICIAL LINKS
For everyone that is following this thread, there is new NCF official place on moddb. It is exclusively dedicated to NCF.
It provides all the necessary downloads (NCF core and Megapack) as well as installation tutorials(for Tote and MMH55 mod) to configure and start using NCF.
The idea is to have a single place to gather all community made creatures.
Future plans include adding new creatures where everyone can contribute. A few more things to come but it will be presented when it is clear.
Admins of the page are Psatka and I.

I don't know whether it is important, but unpacking the file NCF_MegaPack.pak with Winrar is generating the error:
"! C:UsersMariuszDesktopNFCMegaPAckNCF_MegaPackNCF_MegaPack.pak: Checksum error in C:UsersMariuszDesktopNFCMegaPAckNCF_MegaPackNCF_MegaPackCharactersCreaturesNeutralsexMystoDragon-MystoDragon.(Texture).dds. The file is corrupt"

First and foremost there is no need to extract .pak files. Just put them in data folder.
Second, I checked both archives and both give this error, though the extraction process finish successfully. I will remove this creature and update the pak tomorrow. The game is still working but it may cause issues if this creature is met on the map.

@dredknight: your install guide for NCF for H55 is incorrect and will cause huge issues,
NCF_core should not be used, but only the NCF compatible core files from the mmh55 download section
also add warning that all NCF executables will crash the RMG.
also I'm ok with NCF tutorial for mmh55, but not stuff in h55 section that is only NCF related, so I have moved them.

I see. I admit that this is a bit confusing that one have to download an NCF.zip that has core + executables, take the core only and then download the executables from another place. It is not hard once you get it but there are already a lot of stuff to think about when I look it from the perspective of a new player.

Thanks I just got into the issue actually. Currently making a step by step guide that covers ARMG, and ARMG + NCF so this is demystified once and for all.

Not sure what you have moved and where. From my point of view everything is still the same. All I wanted to add was the MHH55 + NCF tutorial and nothing more.
I have a few ideas on how to simplify the things for the users (and probably for us) a bit.
- Move the MMH55 NCF core (without the exes in the rar) to the NCF mod page. because this one never changes.
- Make download links for the MMH55 exes you want NCF to support on the MMH55 side. (RC9 one is pretty neat)
- there are lot exes to maintain now but I was wondering why do we need to support both 32 and 64 bit version as from what experience I have had with users on FB x32 bit ones only create issues. On the other hand it will be easier for you to maintain. Is there a reason why you keep both exes or it is just how it started?
P.S.
Scratch those things. Here is more simple one.
One download for MMH55 NCF core - linked to both mods
One download bundle for each version exes MMH55 + NCF you want to support (RC8b, RC9b.. etc..) - linked to both mods.
I dont care which side (NCF of MMH55) actually upload them. I made the NCF Mod page to centralize NCF content and start sorting out the creatures in the future (and adding new content). If you want I can add you to the admin group for NCF. I just dont want to load you with extra stuff to do as MMH55 grows with each release.
This way it will be easier to put it down in a guide and no confusion will happen for the user.

your article says the NCf-core file must be installed but it is a conflicting file with h55 and should not be installed at all, so also the screenshot is showing exactly the oppossite of what people should be doing.
32 bit exe files are needed, on 32bit OS, 64bit exe can have issues unless it has specially modified windows boot configuration.

This will be fixed.
I understand the 32 bit thing. Though I am not sure who is using 32 bit OS anymore.
P.S. I think I couldnt explain very well what I wanted to be done with download files. I will leave this battle for tomorrow  .
