Ah well. First try. I added more requirements instead of fixing the actual problems, I won't be as lazy next time.

Next round please, this was more fun than I thought.

EDIT: And there it is

I'm surprised on your rough turn on Myth's perk. Yes, it might need some tweaking, but the general idea of making a copy of a spell doesn't seem complete off on me. Maybe I didn't get the complete mechanism, but isn't it just that you cast this spell and then it mimics the effect of the desired spell? I don't understand the thing with double-casting you mention.

That's the main reason I cannibalized the realism down to 0:

From description:
Quote:
This spell can copy any other spell previously cast in that combat (a second school book pops up with the spells the enemy casters or heroes have casts) except shouts and empowered spells (it casts the non empowered version).  The mana cost is twice what the spell would normally cost.  (The caster casts 'Phantom Spell', immediately gets to go again then cast the spell they want to cast.  Phantom spell does not cost any mana, but any spell cast directly after it cost double what it normally would..including mass spells).

No, you misunderstood.. Works exactly like Imbue Arrow.  You invoke 'Imbue arrow' then cast the spell.  This skill works EXACTLY like that.  You invoke the skill, then get to cast the spell.  You only get to cast the ONE spell.

Horribly unclear description, but I'll adjust the score. That makes the previous stuff in the description make more sense.

Nevermind.  It's not important..your the judge.  If you don't get it, you don't get it.  Not your fault, mine.

I don't think even Mytical would make something that imbalanced!

I noticed an oversight with Fauch's perk: adjusted it.

Isn't that the same mechanics as with Imbue Arrow? Only instead of Imbuing for the remaindeer of the battle you cast a spell your opponent have already used for double the cost. Seems pretty clear to me.

yeah, looks like you miss the fact that my perk teaches you the phantom forces spell. (it's the main reason for banish as a prerequisite, since learning that spell is already quite good by itself, I wanted more prerequisites.

It isn't. I bolded the main part for why.

note : you said you would rather cast the spell on titans, but what if you get your hands on some archangels?
it also means you can resurrect twice as much golems with your gremlins, providing the clone doesn't get killed before it can act.

Hehe, one of the problems with being a judge is people will always question your scores.  Better you then me.  So...Leadership perk huh?

It's ambiguous. I don't know if you think I'm just being prideful, but I'm not. I reread the description and it can be interrupted either way. Mytical's intended description makes more sense with the first paragraph (when talking about casting times), but I just assumed it was inconsistent.

Everything is subjective.  Like the number of prereqs.  If the prereqs make sense, no idea why there should be a limit.

Stronghold
Legendary warrior
requires leadership expert, diplomaty, empathy.

The army gains +1 morale. The maximum possible morale is now +6 instead of +5.

choose the barbarian, because it seems to make sense with the theme. moreover I wanted them to be able to learn empathy and retribution in addition to this perk

I know what you're saying. For me, it's not so much that all current perks in the game use a max of 2 skills, therefore you're bound to do the same, as it is that having 3 skills is just really congested. You can only have a max of 5 skills as it is, so needing 3 for just one specific perk is really demanding and limits your options, so I think the '2 max' rule is good to follow. Maybe you can balance it out by making the perk really powerful, but you're almost making a 2nd ultimate perk that way, and I'm not too happy about that either.

Leadership perks, that's great, I expect a couple good ones here. This one here isn't serious, of course. Still, it's a pretty good perk, I think.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
NOT FOR THE COMPETITION:

Perk for NECROMANCER

Force of Will

Prerequisites:

Basic Leadership, Eternal Servitide

Effect:
The perk adds;
+1 init for Ranged units with Basic Leadership;
+1 init and +1 speed for Walkers with Advanced Leadership and
+1 init, +1 speed, and +1 damage for Fliers with Expert Leadership.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
You could give a +5% flat Initiative gain for each level of Leadership, but that would be boring. Likewise, Eternal Servitude isn't necessary, of course.
