I was about to make the same complaint. Also while I did not join for the score wouldn't it be unfair if I remain behind because my opponents did not show up?
At least I finished with jinxer, 2-0 in my favour. He is still a ray of sunshine in the dark 
First game was my academy(Nathir) vs his haven(Maeve). I went for levels and artifacts while he stayed lvl 15 and went for massive training ~ 33 paladins to be exact. Good part was that I had mass endurance(perk), haste/RM, ring of caution, necro set for -1 speed and stand your ground as a failsafe when I wanted a quick motw+resurrection without risk losing my titans. Also regeneration that I never used and golden horseshoe that was immensely helpful. After a mass haste his max morale units were outrageously fast(Maeve d'uh) but at least apart from paladins the others had trouble crossing the battlefield. I was too lucky with some consecutive lucky shots on the paladins and hp arties coupled with vitality blessed my units with extraordinary endurance. In the end he was left with no mana and me free to start consuming artifact and resurrecting back my lost army.
Second were my orcs(Telsek) against his fortress(Inga). I let him charge me, built up my rage and then sent my troops all over him. Fortunately I had retribution, elation, aura of swiftness, basic shatter light for fire resistance and expert shouting with horde's anger and shout of rage as my heavy cannon. Was short on mana but 4 warcries were enough to turn the tide, I would be in a tight spot with him tightly packed and surrounded by impossible obstacles.. Surprisingly he used destructive but with 9 power it wasn't particularly impressive, after all my plan was to constantly buff up my enraged troops That said he did not get the best light buffs missing endurance and haste but I'm pretty sure it would have worked better. Besides he could have used the spell stones or power of endurance for that.

Congratulations,Elvin! U are really good player imo You beat ex-emperor 2-0 and left him with no chance.
I think Joker uses rune of thunderclap in the most noobish way possible but i am not the best with dwarfs maybe i am wrong. Joker u may answer us why do u stun a creature that has just moved and didn`t get morale. On my monitor there is a bar - atb bar and there is a right arrow on the right side ofc.You can see the upcoming creatures there and plan for the next turn.

Let's just say that I was faster to adapt in this map. You are experienced in arena, do you think I would stand much of a chance in the dwarven match if I did not have horde's anger and he just shot me down from his fortified position? Those obstacles were killers but he thinks he'd lose anyway. Then again in his place I'd have flamelords, a dragonformed firebolt against starting rage is the best way to start a game

Just force them to play by HC , Msn, Hamachi  , there's plenty of time left for you to corner them 
Orcs are the archenemies of the dwarfs... but there are some chances for the dwarfs to win, if they are lucky.
On the other hand, Haven crushes Academy most of the times, and you managed to change the wizards faith so congrats for that

I Agree with the 2-0 win part of report posted by Elvin..
Elvin pointed out that I spent all my money to Train Paladins.. but that is Havens special.. just like Mini arts are Acadamys special.. yet he was able to afford mini arts AND able to afford to buy Necro set from market.. and buy 3 other levels.. Balance?? obviously not.. Why should Haven have to sacrifice using its Town specialty to spent money on artifacts.. and acadamy get to use Both there specialty and have money for mini arts? That is just one example of how NOT balanced and well thought out this map is really lacking in... just my OPINION tho..
@Natalka -- Seems you are still holding a grudge that I beat you in our last game The pain will subside over time... And the part that Elvin left out of his recount and posting of replays.. is that I Clicked AUTO combat half way thru the battle lol... So ofcourse it appears as if I was fighting like a newbie.
Contrary to what Elvin thinks.. that battle was UNwinnable from the start based on what I was dealt and forced to use in that battle. I had virtually NONE of the counters and abilities I would normally NEED to fight Orcs... So there again.. Arena is far from a real account of normal good battle strategy and skill..
But who cares lol... as I said I am finishing my games only outta respect for other players to not ruin the tourny for them...
Just amazes me that you guys are soo fascinated with posting replays and puffing out chest after battle.. when battles in this arena PROVE nothing lol.. Proves you are good in Arena only.. Arena and Heroes are 2 COmpletely Differnet games.. Its like saying if you are a Master at Pacman.. that you are also a master at pinball... Thats silly.. I admit.. with the way the arena is currently set up.. I suck at arena.. but as Natalka pointed out.. I am former emperor.. so can hold my own with decent players in a real game of heroes that offers real final battles
At any rate.. good job Elvin.. good luck with rest of tourny.. I will be rooting for you!

Yes Joker, u can`t have dark magic and in your head this is the only way to beat orcs, u have told me that when we discussed my hair. You can beat orcs with light magic and good tactical play which u can learn in arena but u don`t have the guts nor the skill to do it.
Autocombat never uses runes Joker.
U are noob and liar. You didn`t beat me we have a save which we will continue and you will lose when u have free time and when i am not having special days. I need to be calm to listen to your whining

Not hard to see the auto part, it's around the time his hero started using melee attacks. Sorry I forgot to mention.
About artificer and training you can't even compare 15 extra paladins to two 17%init/4def minies, two 17%init, one -2att per hit/4hp and two +4hp minies.
Besides you should know that academy CANNOT face other factions without artificer by week 6 - the army is too weak to stand its ground while most other factions can do it, say haven/inferno/sylvan, even dungeon.
About artifacts you did not even consider that I skipped a whole djinn stack while you had all your army. There is always a catch in arena.

Reporting games versus Jinxer.
Finally I had 2 victories in a row...
First was Fortress (Helmar) for me, spanking Jinxer's Sylvan (Ossir).
I had all the keys for this game actually : mass haste + mass cleansing and mass RM. Also had stormwind ; I took over as I casted mass cleansing on 6 of his blessed units (they had haste + RM).
Rez and Battle Frenzy also did a good job for me.
Second game. I had Inferno (Nymus) ; versus Dungeon (Sinitar)
Didn't get anything exceptionnal, mass plague (empowered with emerald slippers), puppet master + succubi as baits...
Jinxer didn't seem used to the way Dungeon should be played in arena so I could win this match.
2 - 0 for me.
Don't give it up Jinxer, practice is the key for improvement.

Jinxer please don't jump to conclusions so fast about the map balance... the map is actually very very balanced compared to real game scenario, and that is why it requires high tactical skill.
Haven vs. Academy is actually 65-70%/30-35% in favor of the humans... but Elvin's superior tactical skill helped by a little luck prevailed. That duel actually showed that the map is balanced well enough, so that the much more skilled player wins
Btw... there is a simple rule in arena for newbies to be more successful: pick only one magic school, unless you are Academy , and especially with low mana towns like Haven.

I am trying very hard to be open minded with this tourny.. but please please stop with the best skill player prevailed nonesense.. I have no doubt that elvin knows his stuff.. but I will say it again.. who ever is the luckiest with getting offered the right stuff etc etc.. and luckiest with lucky strikes since I notice that LUCK skill is in every battle.. are the ones who wins.
I seriously am not trying to disrespect anyone here or bash anyones abilities.. but Heroes has 1000 strategies and possibilites that all are needed to balance this game.. and even then its still not balanced perfectly.. but when you have the game stripped down to only 1 magic school... limited to only native spells.. and extremely limited on MANA and stats.. it severely TIES that hands of the players.. meaning that the outcome is not entirely dependant on player control.. Imgaine me and Elvin are in a contest on who can pound the NAIL in the fastest.. and Elvin gets a hammer and Jinxer gets offered a spoon
So far the only match I have won... was a mirror matchup with our stats virtually identical.
At anyrate.. as I said.. I am trying hard to see the potential.. but please please quit with the banter of how great of battle skills this person and that person had in turning the tide of the battles If anything they are SKILLED in summoning the god of Luck better then there opponent hehe..

Come on Blizzard... if I have to suffer thru this sillyness then so do you... just do like I do when I see the matchups and setups are too silly and unbalanced.. hit the auto combat button and move on... the pain will all be over before you know it.
