I currently have the exact same issue as here. I have tried to reinstall both Heroes 3 and Hota several times now, but still doesn't get it to work.
Could someone please advise?

enabling a slow gosolo mode
Hello everyone,
I use the gosolo cheat to try to see if my map is balanced enough to be playable by beginner players.
The problem i have is that gosolo erases all speeds i chose in the options and sets them all to maximum, so i don't have time to see what's happening.
Is there a way to force gosolo to keep the game speeds that i selected, or to modify the game speeds while gosolo is already active ?

Hey Guys,
I downloaded the HoMM3 HD addon for Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Complete.
Everything is working so far. The only thing which is not working are the Simultaneous Turns. Which is the most immportant add on 
I cannot the all options which are shown in this graphic:

It is not possible to check or uncheck the box simultaneous turn...
Do I do sth wrong?
Do you understand my explanation? Do you maybe need some screenshots or is this a common problem?

I don't know anything about sim turns in original SoD. Can you use sim turns in Hota?

I too am getting this error message with a clean install. Whenever I enter a battle the whole battle queue is bugged. I replaced the _HD3_Data directory with my old install and I no longer receive that message. Try that. Here is a link to google drive with my Heroes 3 _HD3_Data directory

Hey guys
So I decided to play HOMM 3 after a loooong time and the HD mod works perfectly for me, but recently I encountered a fatal error while playing SoD Yog's campaign Birth of Barbarian. It is in the scenario called "Falor and Terwen". When I try to enter the subterranean gate in the middle of the map from surface the game suddenly crashes. Does that happen to you as well please? Is there or will there be any fix for that? I am playing with the most recent patch of the HD mod.
Any experience or solution to that?

I've got a really weird bug with the Harvest scenario. It's happening inside the HD Mod and also in the regular game, possibly because of a corrupt save state or something. The map loads with a random level 25 barbarian NPC instead of Yog. When completed, the next scenario with Yog and Crag Hack (I think it's Barbarian Brothers) has a correctly leveled Hack but a level 2 Yog - the Barbarian NPC that completed Harvest is gone.
Anyone ever run into this and is there a fix?

When an ally computer player visits a mana vortex in my castle the game pauses waiting for me to acknowledge.
Also happens when at the begining of a week if he is visiting my castle.
Is this a bug or by design?

heys guys, im returning to play some hmm3, havent played in ages, but last time i played i remember HD mod showing how much movement points it costs to go hero's destination (was showing below on the edge of screen where other info usually is written).
