For 3 reasons
1) It wasn't broken for many years and I don't see the reason, why it was needed to ruin it,
2) Cause I use different chats browser and apps communicating with people when playing it, working on some stuff while waiting for somebody taking his turn, and it was very convenient to be able to minimize game window to instantly see what's going on my desktop and other apps,
3) I'm sure it's pretty easy to fix, since it was working for many years without an issue for everyone who wants alt+tab or doesn't want alt+tab. So many underhood changes and fixes are being made each week (which i don't even notice), it's not an abandoned project, but for some reason an obvious bug is being ignored.
Unfortunately, I don't work in programming, I wish I could do something about it, I would gladly spend my time and release a fix for that, but I have no idea how code works.... I was trying to use Chat GPT to ask if he can suggest some parameters in "Tweaks" session for that, but none of them worked.
That's why I just rolled back to 5.5 R98, and all my friends too. So we stay on older version for compatibility.
