Every neutral odds is mess up. from morale, bad morale, special effect ..... just everything. ex ... I had my main stack get free 4 time in a row with -1 morale , and not just once

It can happen. If your battle lasted only 4 turns it's one chance over 20736. It's rare but it can happen for sure.

no if I play non HD I will barely get a odd ( just any odd, like aging, stone, death stare .... ). But if I play HD mod, almost if some chance of odds happen. It will happen

I have noticed that the hd mod will sometimes stick when it comes to moral. I have seen moral that was bad reroll badly almost everytime. I restart the game and it goes away. Not sure if this helps.

Since nobody answered me before...
Note that there's a bug in HD Mod wherein growth weeks can override growth months since it runs through both routines regardless. The effect of the "month" creature appearing at random spots on the map still occurs, but the growth bonus will be a weekly one (and most likely for a completely different creature). We can fix this by going to 4C8C53~C and writing 88 15 A0 77 69 00 6A 0B 5A 90.

no, your thing that you said happen on normal game as well. tbh that is nice ( prevent you reroll to much on single game )
The problem when you had a power stack of wyverns and 6 ske mean -1 bad morale take over griffin converstaion. Having fun had your wyvern get 3 frezze in a row.
And like I said, any negative odds possible happen like that not just morale ( when you face ghost dragons they aging you like there are no tomorow )
oddly enough that only happen on fighting neutral. P vs P the odd seem normal enough.

I believe HD Mod at some point introduced a feature that turns down certain sound effects, when you walk away from map objects.
I do not really like this feature and prefer how it was originally.
Does anyone know where to turn it off?

Diagonal movement bug
Is there any chance that HD mod will finally repair diagonal movement bug?
It affects both HotA and vanilla H3Complete, so I hope it's a good thread to post this question.
I suppose everybody here knows that when your hero has less than 141 movement points on non-penalty terrain but more than 100, he can still move diagonally, not only horizontally/vertically. The same applies to movement on penalty terrains (e.g on snow you need only at least 150 movement points to move diagonally, when you have less than 212 points left). Some people call that fact a bug, but to me it looks like it was intended.
However the above mechanics is bugged on penalty terrains, when a hero has in the army only creatures native for that terrain.
In this scenario when determining the possibility of diagonal movement for the reduced cost of a straight move, the game very peculiarly checks move costs **without** including native armies penalty elimination.
But when actually deducting these costs while moving, the game takes the penalty elimination into account.
As a result on penalty terrains with only native creatures in your army you can move diagonally for 100 points (apparently calculated with penalty elimination) but only if you have:
- between 125 and 176 points for rough
- between 150 and 212 points for snow
- between 175 and 247 points for swamp
The above three possibilities are apparently a result of calculation without native terrain penalty elimination. So on those terrains it very frequently isn't your last move.
This mechanic is inconsistent with the general rule, produces weird results in edge cases and looks bugged as hell. Could it be repaired?

In the latest update shooters does less damage (way less then minimal)eg. 20 wood elves with bless do 12 damage.

Are you sure? Under what circumstances does it happen? What version of HDmod do you use?
I've checked shooters damage in my HDmod version (5.2 R99) and everything works fine with or without bless.

<UI.AdvMgr.DragMap> doesn't work in WoG, anyone knows why?

Not sure if this is known, but we have discovered a consistent way to generate a crash.
-> Click "random map" on the scenario select screen
-> Click "view available scenarios"
-> Click "begin game" without selecting a different map or viewing advanced options
