Wow.... this was a dreadful read. Holy **** I'm glad all this unsatisfied libido is not polluting the thread where the likes of william, guitarguy and a few other of our more balanced members actually had a real conversation about love and by extension of the subject on women with some really snowing intense stories and some pretty good insight on the subjects (forgot the name of the thread, just remember that it was a great one, not because I agree with what has been said there but how it was said there and how the subject was treated. Think it was something along the lines of "Lets talk about love" or something like that).
Having the word "men" in this threads title is, in my opinion, delusional, almost as much as the "talk about women" part. So far I have only seen a majority of lonely people drool over pictures of women in various states semi nudity. What the snow I'd like to think we're all better than that.
There is nothing wrong per se with what's going in this thread but please for the love of god do not pass it off as "Men talking about women" and have it in the tavern of all places.
The only good I've seen in this thread is that it coaxed Meroe out of hiding. That and Joonas and Adrius can always be counted on to deliver even it the most dire of circumstances.

Like how could that have been even remotely more interesting than trying to help a dude out that doesn't know what to do when he has a crush and is confused about how many pens he has to give a girl before he can ask her out on a date lol?!

well, you haven't been around for awhile, so i'll fill you in. people talk about the fact that no girls like them. they are given advice, and nothing becomes of it. that's why. now you know why we have resorted to this, because at least women in pictures cannot reject anyone. besides, there is nothing wrong with looking at attractive pictures. stop being a downy clowny.

Alright, to get you back on the path of righteousness and good conversation, I will now be asking you a question!
...
I have an internet sweetheart who I have been psuedo-dating for a while now. We flirt quite a bit and she and I joke and write rather a bit, but neither of us has actually come out and just told the other that we want to go out on a date or something. And now, well, she finally told me that she was annoyed with work (both hers and mine) because it meant that we could not talk with each other as much (aka, "kept us apart"). Now, my question is this... was this her actually trying to make things official and serious between us, or am I just imagining? Because I'm tempted to just go for it and ask if she wants to come up north and crash at my place for a few days.
Advice/ thoughts?
