He means that all cards except epic ones can be used but you are limited to their number in your deck.
You can use 4(3) common cards, only 3(2) uncommon and only 2(1) rare.
I have 2 problems with this
1: People whould have to submit their Deck Lists
2: there is no way how I can check how many copies of the card are in the deck. (Or is there?)
It just sound a bit to complicating
But its on you what you would like to play.

to completely understand what elvin has explained, you need to make a choice, take the blue pill or the red pill... double we have been watching you for some time now, you have been leading 2 seperate lives, the one is a stat collector for heros community, the other is an achievement duelist - one of these lives is going to end now.... you want to hit the delete button now... what delete button??

Most unplayed heros:
Jezziel - Haven
Phrias - Inferno
Siham - Necro
Zouleika - Orc
Shalan / Kaiko - Sanc
Gazal / Asalah - Academy
Good idea for choosing heroes from this. And then no rare/epics too!
EDIT: What about using champion heroes only? Make it a rush tourney!

This is a recipe for bad balance, we'd have to carefully consider how each hero does against each and every one of them. Take Zouleika, she's probably own Jezziel's destructive. We could however ban the very popular ones such as Ishuma, Kelthor etc.
As for my suggestion, there's an easier way to check if someone cheated. We play and if someone uses over 1-2 rares he is instantly disqualified. Simple and easy. Worst case scenario you upload the replay but it's a friendly tourney, we don't need such formalities. We could of course post our decks but but that's bor-ring!

Hmm, yeah might give balance issues playing with most unplayed heroes. I mean Jezziel would just suck.
Maybe we should just ban the good ones (Ishuma, Dham, Adar, Sandal, Cass and Crag).
@Elvin: I did not try anything funny, just saying Phrias is hardly ever played

Wow.. I must say we should ditch the most played idea just for the reason We will not agree on this topic
For example.
I see a lot of Ariana and Seria decks. Some Flash and Nergal. Few Sihma and Namtaru.
I see a lot more Shaar and Kat then Acamas. Hell I did not encounter acamas in weeks.
Same goes for Miranda, but I see a lot of Hakeems.
edit:
@DD: I think Crag would not be that strong without DAs and vultures. Not stronger than other stronghold heroes

True. Well maybe we should just stick with the same kind of tourney with no rare/epics. Will be different to the last one as we now will use FW cards too.

Hi guys, i would like to try and get a xmas tourny going for us, my suggestion, each entrant must ban 6 heroes.
The most voted top 4 banned heroes cannot be played in the tournament.
We stick to the no-rare card use or do we keep all open?
Thoughts?
We can call it the good, the banned and the ugly tourny...

Sounds interesting, I am all for it. Maybe we could include Rares but exclude Epics? It would be interesting.

i would also like to add that we should all use a minimum of 3 towers per deck build.
