Why no common only tourney? 
My kelthor would be perfect for it, i'd just remove the paos.

Well it would help if everybody would say their opinion on the deck restrictions..
But as far as a date gows

Deck options... sidedeck or two decks options would be the best IMHO.

I Personaly would go for HERO Lock.
BTW I've tried my deck for this tuornament in a normal meta. first 3 games were bad.. but few adjustments and I managed to beat a control ariana deck.

HEROES COMMUNITY - DoC NO-RARE tournament
Rules
Card limitations:
No-Rare = No Rare (blue cards) and no Epic (orange) cards
No achievement heroes (Ariana, Crag Hack etc…)
Deck limitations:
Hero LOCK = Each player is allowed to use only one hero, which he is going to name in his registration for the tournament. All other cards in the deck can be changed freely if they do not break the „Card limitation rules“.
Violating the rules (proved by a replay) will lead to the disqualification of the guilty player.
Tournament system:
- Player will be divided into groups of 4-6.
- Each player will have one match with every other player in his group.
- Each match is played in the „best out of 3“ duels played principle.
- 2 best from each group will have a small finale to determine who has won.

To take part on this event, please fill in the following lines with appropriate information about yourself.

Ÿes the no-rare rule applies also to Event cards (so no week of mercinary or Comical balance, or etc...)
