Most probably not
For me personally the secondary skill changes would be better than any new town, that's why I'm asking. I would love to hear what kind of ideas (if any) you have for those skill I mentioned earlier.

To me it seems the next patch will not bring much new gameplay content; one new neutral creature and some fresh map objcts will likely not change the game as it is. New visuals for male and female characters will be great, but again, they will not affect gameplay.
Just enjoy what we got right now, Hota is already awesome. 
I'm personally expecting the patch will come out the last day of December. Makes waiting much easier  If they manage to get it out earlier, that's just great.

Hi everyone, I am not sure, has the update this year been already released? or not yet?
also, the HD mod seems to be a bit faulty with the updates, does anyone have that also?

Quick question for the HotA Crew:
Do you plan to alter the growth of some of the units in Cove?
Or change the bonus of Pub or Roost?

The Pub bonus will be reduced to 4 (4 is default for level 2 creatures). No other growth changes planned.

No there is no HotA update for this year yet, hopefully we won't have to wait that much longer though.
Latest version is 1.4.2 from january 2016.

Quick question here guys: I've recently reinstalled the game on a new computer and while playing the game (HOTA) I noticed Luna, Galthran and even Sr. Mullich are available for hiring. If I recall correctly they are all banned, right? Or is it just from HOTA maps? I honestly don't mind having those on single player but on MP it is sure bound to cause trouble as those are broken for reasons you all know very well why...

Galthran and Sir Mullich are banned on the random maps, on the default HotA maps and by default in maps created with HotA editor. The availabilities of heroes on original maps are not changed.
Luna was not banned at all.

Hey, I'm not nagging or rushing you right now and I am utterly aware that the update takes time, and you haven't got everything done and everything seems kinda connected so you can't really release anything;
But, is it possible to release ANY thing, even the smalles bit through the testing updates that are available to be switched on in the HotA Launcher?
It doesn't have to be stable, after all, it's just a testing update, right?

Is really necessary the ban of galthran? with necromancy nerfed i don't think galthran is OP. Apart, all the evil towns have a hero especiality with level 1 creatures.. and galthran is cool.

Galthran is far from being the most overpowered hero that's for sure. And Ranloo is the worst hero with ballista special.
