The idea is not bad, IMO, but your explanation still is 
You know, coding is not black magic, must type manually things. So far you say lowest level stack double speed, so slow towns (hmm...) gets first move. But then gnolls speed, even doubled, will not match high level creatures speed.

Well a hero running around with only gnolls and a relic artifact might consider getting some better/faster units then. 
But seriously though I don't know exatcly how it should work, but even if you play the two slowest Towns, Tower and Stronghold with genies and thunderbirds, speed 11, they will still act before the games fastest unit Phoenix with speed 21, so if you have this artifact and your towns fastest creature, you are guaranteed to act first.

HOTA already released, so it will be no harm to post links.
I used to have it. It contained an incomplete rendition of Cove and not much else that I remember. I can understand why the HotA crew were angry with that version spreading. Why would you want it today though?

For collection purposes. And maybe there will be something that can be made to alternative dwellings or units.

Umm, with that topic with suggestions...
Everyone ignores it anyway, but one suggestion should really be cool. See that jungle grass from fred79's patch ? Well, it should be very cool to add it, because I would use it for the Cove, or maybe for abandoned islands, homewer, it's just a suggestion

I have idea that he is talking about Era. Corribus sayd to be good with the peoples who don't understand, and stop mocking, and Salamandre -as usual- when I do talk 'without any clue' starts mocking on me. Anyway I was saying if his grass from ERA/WoG could be added to HotA, as well as there are lots of plans to add more abandoned islands, or it could be quite interesting for map-editing atmosphere.

I don't speak on behalf of the HotA crew but I believe there are plans to release one in the future. I don't think much else has been said on the subject.

Among other thoughts it just came to me that there's no 7th level female unit, I mean one may assume there 's a female Gold Dragon or female Pheonix but you can hardly say you have a female Devil or Titan
Just for the sake of argument tell everybody what you think ?
I only bring this in here as a topic because I consider Hota as the only real "sequel" to H3... but ignore this last thought and tell everybody what are your thoughts on the female subject ....
