Hard to say... but most likely there was a penalty. You have to see it.

I've just heard that Graham Poul sad that FIFA are considering the Suarez' biting and there's big chance to kick him out from the WC

I don't understand what the Mexican referee was suppose to do different in the Italy/Uruguay game (it's hard to catch a stealth bite). A lot of whining and falling almost the entire match kind of made me wish both teams were sent home by the end of it. With Suarez probably out of the world cup, Uruguay's offense will be fighting with a handicap.

Greece going through is infuriating (Ivory Coast were ROBBED), but on the flip side, Costa Rica might make the quarterfinals now <3 GO COSTA RICA!

Colombia has been playing amazingly so far and they would totally deserve it. They'd have to get past Brazil though 
Otoh i can totally see Argentina NOT make the semifinals with their mediocre game. (This is particularly pleasing to me because their quarterfinal opponents are probably going to be Belgium and I would lol if he eliminated them from the comp <3)
The MesoAmerican team in the bottom half of the pool with the highest odds to making it far is MEXICO. If they can beat the Netherlands, they pretty much have a free ticket to the finals, barring whichever wins out of Belgium-Argentina.

Argentina, like several other teams in this world cup, hinges on ONE player: Messi. Messi is fantastic, without a shadow of a doubt, but once he was swapped out, Argentina could barely hold their snow together against Nigeria for the last 20 minutes.
Hard to say if they would do well in this cup because the level of EVERY.EFFING.TEAM keeps fluctuating uncontrollably, but they should be able to beat Switzerland and maybe Belgium when they face them. Though it's in neither case guaranteed.
