Been following Steam top sellers for the past few days and Heroes VII has been on a crescendo trend, making it to the top page - Link. Think that's a pretty clear vector that pre-order cash ins have gone well, and I expect them to go even better after release. Maybe this warrants some expansion work?
I wish we had some official clarifications on how well the game is selling, but to my knowledge that info is off limits to us.

Watched (part of) the stream. Some things that caught my attention:
- AI still did not use the 'wait'-command
- Units still run to the side for no reason at all
- Still not clear if you can do things like checking neutral armies in the opponent's turn. During enemy combat for sure you cannot.
- There are only 8 (multiplayer) maps, which is a really low number. For singleplayer only 13 maps are available. Hopefully a few extra will be added.
- Random faction option will come in day 1 patch (yay  )
- Shooters should obviously be able to be use melee attack, why did they not incorporate this 
- Okay, I understand now why people complain about the team colours, it certainly removes the improved colour variety seen in the beta's. Please make this an option.

Especially since Ubisoft's financial reports for the end of each fiscal year don't include them. I've searched through all of them up to one for 2006 and there is no single mention of M&M titles. Well, we can only hold our fingers crossed for this game to sell well.

Maybe I should clarify; there aren't that many times that we question devs' or Erwan's opinions, only their actions or decisions, but not what THEY think about some matters.

Good News is: There will be an actual physical DVD disk of a retail copy avail. to...
...purchase from the most trustworthy of your gaming store. I really do hope that EBGames Canada ordered plenty for everybody.
Have to go online to that online store to see if they planned at doing just so: available for purchase rather on Tuesday afternoon or later on during the same week.
